I’m not sure how this place has a 4.4 - we live in a place where bbq is a competition - so maybe we are spoiled - but we considered this food inedible. Brisket was all fat. The salad was prepacked without fresh grilled meat on it (like a bad meal you pick up at the airport). After this meal, we bailed on eating at the park all together and scheduled so we could eat at the resort instead (HeartSong has much better food).

Pulled pork fries were well worth the trek across the park!! The BBQ was delish - would come back to try anything else they got on the menu.

The big bear feast was really both good and a huge sandwich. The wedged fried potatoes were also very tasty, probably my favorite fries in the park.

Go-to lunch at Dollywood. Credible BBQ, potato "petals" always much tastier than expected.

The food is served fast and you can use any of the tables around the place. Well cooked and a good price. That big turkey leg was only $15.99 a really generous portion.

You can smell the turkey legs before you get there and they are available from open to close. Smoked and delicious and so large that you might not be able to finish it unless you share with a loved one. As of today they are $15.99 each which is pricey but just keep telling yourself it’s a vacation and splurge a little. If not get ready for Turkey Leg envy as people walk on by noshing to their hearts delight. This was lunch and dinner for me.

Hands down the best food in the whole park!Everything from the pulled pork smothered fries, brisket sandwich, and most importantly The Big Bear Feast which happily fed two people. I should have eaten here for every meal because nothing but the cinnamon bread comes close to this place.

I got the “pork fries.” I ate them because I paid $15 for them, but won’t get them again. I like pulled pork but am not a big fan of baked potatoes. I like French fries but the potatoes served with this pork weren’t fries. They were really thick cut potatoe chunks that were more the texture/consistency of a baked potato. They definitely were not cooked to the softness of fries. Also, the amount of pork they give you compared to the potatoes is lacking. There should be less potatoes and more pork served, especially for the price. If you REALLY like baked potatoes, then this dish is for you… they even serve it with a little cup of sour cream and put green onions on it, that’s how much it is more of baked potatoes than fries.

BBQ pork fries was the best theme park meal I’ve ever eaten. I’ll be craving those fries until I get back to Dollywood.

The BBQ was decent, but we faced long wait times and they staff was uncoordinated. We were told they had something, but come time to pick up the food, they didn't have it.
