THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! Me and my husband were looking for lunch and we stopped at Honey Baked Ham, it was exactly what we needed and the perfect portion! The owner was so sweet! Highly recommend!

My first experience with this company, and any employer is lucky to have the gem that is Angela! The epitome of superstar customer service.We were browsing the plaza and this place was at the very end of it, so we decided to grab lunch here.We were the only ones in the establishment and Angela was the only worker. She is very personable, patient, and welcoming. We ended up chatting and found out that her hometown was 20 mins from us in Florida!We were so hungry that we dug into the food before taking photos. I had the honey baked sandwich with the soup of the day which was an off-menu loaded potato soup with ham and my lady had the broccoli bliss! Juicy meat, amazing sauce/spread and I licked my soup bowl clean!Delicioso!Will definitely visit the location in Pensacola, Florida closer to home!

Hams are great but we went for lunch and they were unapologetically out of many things. They were out of 2 kinds of soup and couldn't make us a simple han sandwich. Went elsewhere.

Incredible staff! Amazing Food!

Great ham

I absolutely love this place but the past 2 days have been awful here. I went to stop by and get a sandwich because they are amazing before work and the website said open i get there and the open sign is off so i drive away to go get a drink and decide to call a lady answered and said yes we are open so i drive back there and theres a sticky note on the door saying they will be back at 3:30 so i missed eating lunch. I went back the next day (today) they are open so i give it a shot and i tell the lady no mayo for 2 of my sandwiches because i can not have it since im pregnant. And they put so much mayo it was coming out of the wrapper. Maybe an off week. I might come back and try again in the future but i don’t know.

We wanted a good ham. After looking around on the internet we come across The Honey Baked Ham Company. We walked in and were greated immediately. We did not know what size ham we wanted. The young lady named Daniella informed us if she did not have the size we wanted ready she would gladly go fix us one. That is true customer service. The ham and fixings are out of this world. We will be back for our Easter ham and sides. Thank you Daniella.

We got a $50 gift certificate but nothing in this place like a ham is that cheap! Outrageous how they take advantage of people. We got what they call a 6 pound ham, the bone alone is half that weight, and it cost $65!! We actually had to add money to our gift because if we want a game as advertised, don't expect to get anything for $50 or less! And the girl kept telling us a different price. . . She originally said she had a 6 pound han for $59 or $75! We both heard it, then she says $69!! We know what we heard!! Awful in this day and age to charge such Outrageous prices. $65 and we'll probably be lucky to get 2 to 3 actual pounds of ham . . For $65! Will never go there again.

We showed up the night of Thanksgiving Eve after a lo mg day of traveling. The doors were locked and they were closing up after serving 600 customers throughout the day. They were kind enough to unlock the door and re-open the register so I could pick up our pre-ordered Thanksgiving feast. So kind, so gracious and super accommodating. Highly recommend!!
