Overall a good experience for late night food option. (Denny’s down the road is a nightmare with one waitress and one cook and the wait time from the time you order will be anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. So please save yourself the trouble and go here!) IHOP isn’t 24hrs but if it was they would defiantly get alot more business because cookout, Waffle House and Dennys are the only options and all of them stay slammed late at night.

The food was not expected to be great as it kinda a fast food type of breakfast. It was great, tho . My only concern is that the next IHOP won't live up to the next meal. Some locations are home runs, and others are completely otherwise. Or maybe Florida's locations are underperforming.

First of all this place was clean. Staff was friendly, and the order was prompt. Katie was our server. Clearly, we were her last table before she was cut, but you couldn't tell based on her service. She guided us through the menu, order was correct, and made sure we didn't feel rushed. Management was visible, and staff seemed to work together well. Constantly saw other servers running each other's food and helping one another. Food was hot and fresh, it's IHOP and a tourist area, so I understand seasoning has to be minimalistic, so that's my only "complaint." Wish we had eaten here earlier on in our visit because we would've just had breakfast here every day because it's better than anywhere else we tried breakfast wise. Also the spicy poblano Benedict is amazing!
