There was a piece of glass in my rainbow sprinkles, that I bit on as I ate the ice cream. I spit it out, thinking it was a hard piece of some other candy that didn't belong in the rainbow sprinkles. I ate the ice cream. I looked at the napkin that I spit out in, and saw the glass!!! Now I wonder if I ingested some glass or what. I also have irritation in my throat from a possible glass scratch if I did ingest it. Not a good way to end a quick visit to the area. Dr's visit scheduled. Don't get sprinkles or anything from the glass jars from this place.

The service here is absolutely horrible. The employees know that 95% of their business is tourists so they don’t care how they treat the customers.

I tried the make your own sundae and it was really good. My only complaint was the chocolate around the rim was too hard to eat.

It’s hard to see the flavors of ice cream, and you are rushed! I was overcharged! My rocky road milkshake tasted good though!

The ice cream is fine. Nothing extra special, and definitely not worth subjecting your family to the staff. We asked about how the rolled ice cream works and she just pointed to the menu and said “like that.” She was so rude my daughter had to leave. At checkout we received the same treatment. Honestly, I just can’t recommend this place for any reason. I’m sure other places would be happy to serve you.

We had 2 single scoop kids cones and a banana split. The ice cream was decent but the service was odd and the prices are not as they are shown. It was posted $8.95 for banana split and $3 for kids scoops which should be less than $20 after tax but was somehow nearly $30. There is no where to sit with your ice cream. I prefer glades soda fountain or chocolate monkey and will probably not return here.

8-9 people working and only one was working and not in a good manner not happy to be there and also just playing with the other employees while having our food in her hands also the ice creams have little to no flavor

Absolutely horrendous staff! Never seen so many people with attitudes. Like every single employee was visibly mad. Should replace them with people that actually want to work. Ice cream is fine but nothing special whatsoever. Also overcharged for multiple items.

The ice cream here was delicious, HUGE SCOOPS, and the price was much cheaper than any ice cream place I went to in Piegon Forge and Gatlinburg. I’m surprised the score isn’t 4.5
The line was long but worth it. I’m assuming it’s not easy to find good help. Keep the quality, portions, and price better than competitors and this place will definitely thrive!!!

The atmosphere was what you would expect for a vacation spot. The milkshakes we got tasted good but were so thin they were almost like water. The service was horrible. I have never been laughed at like I was tonight and to be laughed at by someone serving me unreal. Extremely rude ?
