We visited twice. Soft serve wasn't creamy at all and melted very quickly in the waffle cone. Not a good value. The second time was a winner! We had the Reeses sundae and it was outstanding! Big enough for two and delicious.

My frappe was good, service was good, overall a tasty and good place to visit. I would definitely recommend.

Employees didn't really have much interest in being there. However the ice cream was good. We got The banana pudding and banana nut, both were good.

I came here on vacation. When I walk in, there were 4 employees standing around talking and on their phones. I stood for a good few minutes before walking directly to them and ordering. I also believe $27 for ice cream is a bit pricey. Although the rolled ice cream was delicious, the staff was rude and was very slow.

This place has a lot to offer like mug ice creams, waffle ice creams, cups, and cones. Saw the billboard for Boba for $6.95. I was later charged for $6.95 + $3 for 20 oz cup. When I asked, he was like trying to get away from answering, then i asked why is it stated at $6.95, then i was charged an extra $3. Mind you, the bubble tea was $11!!!!???That's the most expensive bubble tea I have ever bought . When I asked, he said there's only one size. So the price should be as stated then! He did not give me a satisfactory answer, and thinking back, i should have made my point more directly. I felt that they were trying to fleece tourists a few dollars here and there. Man, avoid this place.

We are here drove all the way across town it’s 9:20 and they said tonight they close at 9:20… although the internet said 10pm. Don’t waste your time.

Weird and sad folks selling ice creams. They roll their eyes. Avoid this place.

The Island Creamery had so many options it was almost overwhelming and will test you decision making capabilities. The Ice Cream Sundae (Reese's) was massive and dang near gave me diabetes. I LOVED IT! They also have cold drinks and coffee available. The prices are comparable to any place in high tourist traffic areas. So why not 5 Stars? It is not Cold Stone Creamery with fresh mixed ice cream and a song.
Walking in here was so uncomfortable…nobody greets you, everyone looks miserable, and can’t even ask if you’d like anything. Ended up leaving because of bugs crawling on the counter..

I would leave 0 if I could. I got a smoothie and it was room temperature, no ice. Had to put it in the trash and I'm not picky.

As we was waiting in line to get ice cream my boyfriend seen a bug crawling on the counter I didn’t see it so I told him maybe he was seeing things. After getting our ice cream I happened to see one. The man doing the rolled ice cream dropped the whipped cream almost hitting my daughter that was in a stroller and got whipped cream all over her. the tip of the can fell right one the ground where people walk in line. I hand him the can and tip back he then proceeds to put it back together and continue using it.

It was a confusing setup and most of the bad reviews are confused people… if you can figure it out. It’s good ice cream at the premium prices you would expect. Scooped and soft served plus several premium options I’ve never seen or heard of. Good experience after the setup confusion.

Wayyyyy overpriced for generic Blue Bell ice cream. Yes you can flash it up with toppings or have it rolled (for a price of 15 bucks) but it's still generic blue bell. The same bland stuff you get at the grocery store for 2 bucks a gallon. With that being said, I would suggest the mixed coffee drinks (more blended chocolate milk than actual coffee) or the cheese cakes (very sharable for 2 people) in their case. The Reeses cheesecake was awesome for a bargain of 5.99.
