My family loves pizza and this by far is our new favorite in Pigeon Forge. HIGHLY recommend. The pepperoni and sausage is thinly sliced, sauce is great, and crust is sooo good. Highly recommend.

If you’re in Pigeon Forge and love pizza, J Del’s Pizza is an absolute must-visit! After trying a few different places in the area, we can confidently say that J Del’s had the best regular pizza we tasted—perfectly crispy crust, rich sauce, and fresh, delicious toppings. But what really made our experience unforgettable was their amazing customer service. We needed gluten-free pizza, and the owner went out of his way to make it happen! He told us that if we brought in gluten-free crust from Publix, they would make our pizzas fresh. We took them up on the offer, and WOW—the gluten-free pizzas were just as incredible as the regular ones! Great food, great people, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. This is the kind of small business that truly cares about its customers. If you’re in Pigeon Forge, do yourself a favor and stop by J Del’s—you won’t regret it!

Whenever we are in the area, Del’s is a must! Food never disappoints…if you haven’t had the zeppole’s…you should!!! Their consistently fantastic food and family atmosphere can’t be beat!

System was down so if you don't have cash, oh well. That's ok, it happens. Party of 3. One person never got her salad. But that's OK because it was just a bowl full of wilted lettuce and spoiled ranch dressing. Another person never got her food at all. Asked for a refund, got it except for $4 she charged me for a soda. The third person in our party ordered a chef salad. It wasn't. Again, wilted lettuce. An Italian restaurant that doesn't serve spaghetti or angel hair pasta. Forks weren't clean. Oh, I almost forgot, they were out of lasagna. When asked about the $4 for a soda, she responded, "have you been to buy groceries, it's expensive." I get that, but horrible service, spoiled food, & you charged $4 for a coke. If I could give less than one star, I would. Nope, not ever going back.

Best Pizza and zeppoles ever.

Dietary restrictions: Bin pizza is well worth the money for gluten free. You get a big bin with sauce, cheese, and 3 toppings included in the price. It's big enough for at least 2 meals sometimes 3, depending on how hungry you are.

Best pizza in Pigeon Forge and in a great location off the main strip so you can actually get in and out. We stumbled in on a whim after a Friday at Dollywood with our 2 girls. We were able to order and get our food within the promised 15 minutes. The pizza was thin, cooked well, and cheesy. We also had a nice dinner salad to split between the 2 of us with garlic knots. The conversation with the owner was great while we were waiting for everything.

We walked in and employee at counter didn’t even greet us as we waited at the counter. He did not ask to take our order, he just stood there. We ordered the linguini with meetballs. For 15 dollars, I got a side of pasta and two very small meatballs. The pasta didn’t even fill the small side container. Pasta is the cheapest thing you can make and did not even receive a full dinner size pasta meal. A disgrace. The pasta wasn’t even freshly cooked and the pasta was just thrown in with a glob of sauce on top.

The staff and service are excellent. The pizza was delicious and perfect cooked. The garlic knots was good too. The fountain drinks has refills. Picture show a vegetables pizza at New York style.

Been here twice. Last night, 10/26 the young lady with jet black hair had RBF and put our order in wrong. The older lady cleaning tables was amazing and I was happy to tip her. The pizza is so good, I would return and ignore the unfriendliness at the counter.

My experience here wasn’t bad by any means at all. Frankly everything was up to par. I only gave it 4 stars on the food aspect of things because I’m a biased. I have a DEEP love for Italian Beef. It was a good Italian beef, it was. But I hail from Chicago and its Western Suburbs. Basically the land of the Beef lol. I have had sooo many different ones in my time.
That being said!! I am super grateful to have a good Italian beef that I can go eat on the regular as I am a Local Resident in Tn now.
Previously I was driving to Rosatties in Knoxville, that’s a far drive for me.
Jdells lives up to that expectation that I know I’ll get a good beef, I will return many times.
