The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. The girl with the black hair was working hard she was doing the slicer and dressing the sandwiches. She was very friendly and nice. Even with a line of people she was doing the best she could do!

It’s a shame this is the only jersey mikes in pigeon forge. Your area’s Jersey Mike’s is missing the typical awesome customer service you receive everywhere else. The staff was incredibly impatient while we did the standard ordering process and then fulfilled everyone’s order behind us before starting my husband’s sandwich. 3 of us had completely finished our meals before his was completed. It’s unfortunate this location is as mismanaged as it is.

Faith is by far the most bothered customer service rep I’ve had in a long time. Terrible service from her. Heaven forbid someone ask her to do something other then sit on her computer and be in the back on her phone.

Since the location has opened we go nearly weekly! We have loved it but tonight omg

It appeared that only 2 people were on shift but only 1 was actually working due to the other one being to involved with a family member and their children in the dining area…. The dining area was in major need of a clean up but she didn’t seem to care.

The one working we could tell was working her tail off due to mobile orders coming in and walk in orders but due to it just being her our food came out wrong and burnt. We didn’t say anything because she was busy enough doing it all alone.

Someone needs to get a grip on the situation before it gets out of hand. Unfortunately I know we won’t be back if we see this type of situation when walking in the door again.

I am not sure what has changed, but the last 6 months, every time I have ordered from here my order has been wrong. Missing items, items added on that I asked to remove, etc. The customizations are plainly listed on the receipt. Yet it seems that no one seems to take notice of that. Additionally, the last 3-4 times I’ve ordered a salad, it has come in two separate containers, and most of the ingredients on one half, and barely any on the other. It is very inconsistent and when calling to speak to management just to make the order right, they don’t seem to care.

The food was good but the service was horrible. I asked a question and got ignored because they were too concerned with workplace drama. Then didn’t even give me a chance to add more toppings before just throwing my sandwich in the bag.

This is the first Jersey Mikes that I’ve encountered that has refused to heat meat on their griddle prior to adding cold toppings. I request this due to pregnancy. The staff was puzzled as if they’ve never been asked this. The excuse of refusing to heat the meat on a perfectly capable grill was that raw meat is cooked there. They simply don’t do it. As an update to this location, I am traveling for the summer. I’ve been to several Jersey Mike’s establishments during my travels who are happy to clean and heat whatever on their grill. I’m shocked that the entire staff was clueless and not willing to accommodate. I just walked out empty handed. Not mad but confused and shocked by the excuse given. I’m hopeful management or a team lead can correct this location only issue.

Terrible service, we went in to order food (obviously) but this seemed like a personal attack to the gal taking our order. She was very short with us and rolled her eyes at us when we asked for no onions on ONE sandwich. I don't want to give the service one star because the lady who helped us, after the first gal ran off somewhere, was very nice. But two stars just felt like too much credit was being given to the overall service because she was so rude to us at the beginning. The food was good so I would recommend if you want to have Jersey Mike's order online so you have the least amount of interaction with the staff as possible. 3:30 07/06/25

I used to be a jersey Mikes employee(in a different state, so I know the atmosphere is crazy sometimes, but there were 6 people working and only 1 could take someone’s order. So when she left and another girl had to step up, she threw a fit… that all of us heard. I ordered food on the app, showed up at the pic up time(45 min later- the soonest it said it could be ready) AND still had to sit in the lobby for 25 minutes.. the girl throwing the fit was only cooking 1 hot sub at a time so they were telling people there was an hour behind(no visible tickets on the grill, she just took her time) sad because a few years ago this location was top tier and I got it almost everyday… this trip, only got it once for this whole situation.

We showed up with our large family of 8. Everyone looked miserable, except 2 males ready to help us. They accidentally screwed up 2 of our subs. My husband tried to make a solution as not to waste. The miserable older woman wrapped it up and threw it on the counter behind her. I told her my husband just needed to add topping to the sub, where she started glaring at me telling me I was being rude. We spent $120+ on subs, and just wanted toppings. She was the most miserable person, and whoever employs her should really reconsider. If I walked into her working here again, I would take my business else where.
