Out of all the Jersey mikes I have been to this is by far the worst one. I went two days in a row and one of the days they didn’t have bread a hour and a half before closing, and we went 2 and a half hours before closing and they only had enough bread to make six sandwiches. Also both times I went into the store the staff was rude. Every single Jersey mikes has been an amazing experience with great staff and an amazing environment. This Jersey mikes however was bad on all standards.

DO NOT GO TO THE PIGEON FORGE, TN LOCATION! THEY ARE RUDE AND WE WERE TOLD THE GIRL COULDNT MAKE US OUR STEAK AND CHEESE SUBS BECAUSE SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW TO WORK THE GRILL. COME ON PEOPLE!

I wanted to give a shout out to employee or manager Faith this past Friday. I did an online order was on my way to the store with an hour time to head there. I realized I was stuck in the worst gridlock traffic. This young lady was so amazing and stayed after closing hours to wait to light, arrived to receive my sub.This is what customer service is about.

Best subs around. But I’m not impressed with this location any more and I will proudly message corporate to adjust the issues of you all here not being trained properly. I used to gm jersey mikes and I can already tell you that you are SKIMPING ON THE MEAT AND CHEESE HERE. The weight of the sandwich only includes the meat and cheese not the bread and everything else. .03-.05 is where the dial on your slicer needs to be to actually meet the proper weight. Lettuce is 2 golf ball pinches for mini 3 for regular 5 for giant. Quit ripping off your customers and run this place right

Outstanding Jersey Mikes location, easy in/out, craft beer store right next door, and the food was excellent like you should expect from JM's. Been here twice, so close to my hotel I could walk, will def be back!

You have an app to order on line and delivery, you changed orders and when the famous "third part" ( DoorDash) don't deliver you don't refund or take control over the order. You can't contact the Driver's, you can't refund, you just asked to go for another order at your place. Come on people, if I order to delivery at my door is because I can't go to pick it up. Your service sucks

Tried the regular pastrami Swiss cheese grilled onions and chipotle mayo sub on rosemary Parmesan bread. Good amount of pastrami to cheese to mayo. Tastes pretty good. I recommend it.

Depending on the employee you have that night, you may get attitude and or you may get someone willing to make a hot sandwich. The boss's daughter has constant attitude and the boss isn't any better. I think the attitude trickles down from the top. The lowest employee on the totem pole is always the nicest and most willing to help- which is why we tip her separately. I understand short staffed but the general attitude of management and employees at this location is awful. We eat here all of the time so this is not a one time occurrence.

Bad service. Took 5 minutes for any of the employees to even acknowledge us being there. Asked a question about a menu item and the rude blonde lady answers “is that a secret menu item?” And tried to make us feel stupid. Don’t go not worth it.
