Loved the atmosphere and the barista was welcoming and friendly. However, the cheesecake iced coffee lacked a cheesecake flavor. It just tasted like a regular iced coffee with cream.

Joe Muggs is inside a book store. If Y'all are in a hurry it's probably not for you. There was only one young fella because the other one had to take a break. He took 6 orders and told everyone It would be a few minutes because there are 3, 4, 5, drinks ahead of you I have to make first. Everyone was laid back and chatted or read the book that
they had just purchased. We always stop by here before going to the movie theater and look around and get a cup of coffee...Small and relaxing. 👍👍(Two thumbs up)

If you don’t have all day to wait then I would skip this place. My husband and I waited over 30 minutes for 2 iced lattes when there was only 3 drinks ahead of ours. The 2 baristas were bickering the entire time and weren’t communicating so they ended up working on the same orders TWICE! Watching them trash the extra coffees after spending 10 minutes working on them was painstaking. I swear I went back in time waiting and normally I’m pretty patient but 30 minutes to throw some ice in a cup, pump a shot of caramel, pour espresso and fill it up with milk?

My fiance and I had drinks from Joe Muggs. The barista definitely has no issues taking his time. We waited an unreasonable amount of time(10+ minutes) for a coffee and Frappuccino. With only 3 drinks ahead of ours. 2 iced drinks and 1 Frappuccino. Maybe he is new? The Frappuccino we ordered was not maid correctly however Stephanie was assisting and remade it for us. The Lemon Cake Frapp is amazing, when made correctly. That first one though was so sour it made your whole face pucker. My coffee was delicious by the way, just a regular Joes Choice. *much better than Starbucks, hands down*
