We own a cabin in Sevierville. We have owned it for 23 years. Every time we come up Johnny Carinos is one of the restaurants we go to. We go there because the food is always great and the service as well. Every time we go my wife gets the eggplant parmigiana and I get something else. And she enjoys it so much, I say I am getting that next time. We were there on the second week of December 2025. We always knew we’d get a good meal, so we went there. This time we both ordered the eggplant parmigiana and it was a mere shadow of the original meal, and it came with a ton of pasta which I cannot eat. There was a measley portion of eggplant and it was not good. I understand that the restaurants there always have an off season menu. But this was ridiculous, and we were so disappointed that we may never go back. You would think with all the restaurant competition in pigeon forge, a restaurant with a stellar reputation would want to keep up the good faith with its customers.

Had dinner here and everything was amazing. They bring a med size bread with an oil based dip (made at table) to each table to go with the plats we had the Chicken marsla, shrimp scampi, lemon herb chicken pasta, chicken fettuccine. Everyone was happy with the food and atmosphere our waitress was very accommodating and fast. Definitely a great place for a meal.

We enjoyed an early dinner on December 24th Christmas Eve. We really enjoyed our time here and the food was excellent. The Mozzarella sticks were nice and hot and delicious. I have to say my mother's Pecan Chicken Salad was amazing, but I would prefer more pecans since that is what the salad is called. All of our meals were hot and fresh and very tasty. The only thing I would recommend is to offer red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. None was offered to our table. Seyma was a very nice lady, and we wished her Happy Holiday as we departed.
Great food but as any thing in Gatlinburg it's pricey.

The hostess recommended the lasagna and I have to tell you, it was probably one of the best lasagna's I ever had and I am an Italian from the Northeast who grew up on lasagna from incredible Italian grandmother's cooking it. Sooo good! Completely blown away!!
