Not even if an employee told you yes they'd take your order if you called back in a few minutes.It was disappointing since we'd all arrived from 3 different states.The food is always a treat when we gather for reunions. But the service can be iffy. Not the first time we had a disappointing experience.The food always draws us back ...so far.

So good! We've always enjoyed Johnny Carino's, but this one was the best. Lobster ravioli was great. Service was spot on. Drinks right away. Super attentive to the table and food came in under 10 minutes from ordering. Pricing are very good for the amount of food you get. My spaghetti was not good at all no flavor to sauce only tomato based no seasoning and pasta was mushy . But wife's shrimp scampi was excellent .
A trip down Memory Lane. We had a Jonny Carinos in my hometown in Georgia, but it closed.Visiting Pigeon Forge and finding one still open was a blessing! I got to share this dining experience with my wife and son and while eating there my wife tells me I have competition regarding my own Scratch made Alfredo! Lol!But the walk down Memory Lane was a good one, all the flavors that I remember along with a moderate price! Totally worth it and made the trip for me!Friendly staff, great service! Worth it ????
Italian nachos were amazing. All the food was great as was the service. I was shocked there weren't more people in the restaurant. Must be the best kept secret in pigeon forge. Highly recommend!!

This was so awful if I could get my money back and send the food back I would. The person waiting on us was not so nice she was working and our table and it was such a slow process. We were over charged for our food. The price of adult pizza and kd pizza are the same size but different prices. Our wait to order and to get our food was unreal!!! Vacation should be enjoyable
