My family and I LOVED our dinner at JT Hannah's. We were in town visiting on vacation and pulled in last minute for dinner.
The food was incredible. We all got something different and had an awesome experience. We were blown away by the appetizer sampler and cheesecake!
Genuinely loved everything we ordered (Appetizer sampler, Fish & Chips, Country Fried Steak, and our 5yr old got the Spaghetti.
Our server was very nice and attentive, the rest of the staff was super friendly, and the overall vibe in there was super nice.
Most importantly, I just can't stress enough how good all the different options were. Go and save room for the cheesecake! One of the best I have ever had at a restaurant.

Very good food. Liked their food so much we went back for a 2nd night within a week. The 2nd night is were my complaint comes in. which is a very big deal to me is that they allowed a customer to bring their dog into the restaurant to dine in. In my opinion an animal has no business being at a table where food is being served. I also, do not want an employee to love on an animal then go get my order and bring it to my table. No thanks thats gross to me. So sadly I will never go back to eat here as long as they allow pets in their restaurant.

We had a party of 10, we put our name in and was told it would be a 10 minute wait. We wait over 10 minutes go up and ask and we're told we are waiting for a party to leave. So we wait another party of 10.came in the door and 10 minutes later they get sat. We walk up to the up and are told SORRY WE DIDNT WRITE YOUR NAME DOWN!!!!... ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!....YOU DIDNT SEE THE 10 PEOPLE SITTING RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU WAITING FOR ALMOST 30 MINUTES!!!...ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

Loved this place. The loaded tots with bbq pork were amazing. Our waiter was phenomenal, and the food was excellent. If you are in an area with a JTs then you have to make sure to grab a bite, you won't regret it.

This is the worst place to eat in pigeon Forge. I just ate here and my steak was not eatable due to being so tough. My sweet potato was so crunchy you couldn’t even eat it. I spoke to the manager and see was very rude and didn’t even take any off for my meal. It was truly so bad I bet my dog that eats anything would have not touched it. I will never eat here again!!!!!!!!
