I have to say I love Krystals but tonight will have to be my last time ordering from this one my corn dogs, fries had more oil dripping out of the then a ford tractor. The burgers looked like road kill and the chili cheese pups I guess they where not pre assembled. On a plus the sprite was not bad a waste of 29.00$

If you like White Castle, you'll love Krystals.
Make sure you tell them, if you don't care for mustard.

Husband and I tried this place. We had never had Krystals always had White Castles.. Krystal is disgusting! Burgers horrible, nasty and just terrible. The lemonade was awful! The fries were good. I'll never eat Krystals again.

Great food! I always try to hit them when I see them. Really enjoy the little burgers and the chili cheese pups.

Typical fast food, nothing special, a little pricey. $45 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Realized when served, one of the meals didn't come with a drink. Asked for water, was charged $0.47 for the cup! Thought it was a joke. I said, really, for water? They said, no, it's for the cup. 🙄

The rolls tasted like a sweet roll. I didn't care for the sweetness.

No one was at this location either. Only one person inside working as far as we could tell.
We had a Krystal Burger in my home town when I was growing up. As I got older the quality declined, and the place eventually closed down. Still, I had a lot of nostalgia from my younger years when it came to those burgers. The building has never been remodeled, and from time to time I've commented to my son how I miss Krystal when we pass it. When my son and I went to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg this past weekend, we saw a Krystal Burger location and he immediately pointed it out and said he'd like to try it before we went home. I was hesitant, remembering how the one in my hometown wasn't very good in it's last few years of business. Still, I was nostalgic about my childhood, and we ended up stopping there for our final meal in the area before heading home. It was everything I had hoped for and more! The food was prepared perfectly, and it was an awesome blast from the past. I was so pleased to share that memory with my son and have it be a positive experience. We didn't end our trip with disappointment- instead, we had happy, full bellies that took me back in the best way. Thank you Krystal Burger!

The buns were stale, they charge for a cup of ice water. It’s a less good version of White Castle.
I'm from Ohio and traveled to Tennessee for a little getaway and tried this place on our last night, and they have amazing food!
Seems like the buns were not fresh
