We visit this place at least twice every visit...we dont have one near home. Totally great food and pretty quick. We always wind up having to stop and take some home after our visit. Sure wish theyd open one in North Carolina near us!

seeking answers
I had not had Krystal since I was a small child and we visited. The friends I was with ordered the chili dogs and onion rings. I couldn't make up my mind so I tried the sampler. This is five items off the menu, the little chick, Krystal Burger with cheese, chili dog, corn dog, and onion rings. I was so excited! I tried about of one of the onion rings and I have to say I think they are the best onion rings I've ever eaten. Then I want to try the Krystal Burger, I took the first bite and was a little disappointed because it was very cold, then I tried a second bite I was not impressed. The cheese wasn't melted and the meat just seemed odd. After this I tried the little chick it was delicious, then the corn dog it was scrumptious, and then I tried the chili dog, I wasn't impressed with that it just wasn't my thing, so I just took a couple of bites on it and called it quits. I finished off my onion rings, the little chick, and the corn dog. And just because I was curious I opened up the Krystal Burger, I do not believe that the meat had ever touched the grill. I will tell you that I did not sleep at all that night my stomach was upset and for the next day and the day after it was terrible. I truly believe it was the Krystal Burger and that the cook had either done it as a joke or to see if there was a reaction or he just didn't care. Thank heavens I did not eat the whole thing. Now, the young lady that took our order was great and very personable. I just truly believe that the burger was not cooked. The rest of the food outside of the chili dog and that's just a personal choice, was scrumptious.

Fresh and hot, attendant was super friendly and personable. Con: 7.50 for 3 regular cheese Krystals. Next time back to Whataburger where I can get a combo meal with huge burger, for 2 dollars more.

Krystal on Parkway in Pigeon Forge is popular and should’ve been good, but… Krystal burgers undercooked or steamed and soaked into the bottom buns. Just mush. Brighter side: The Pups were good.

Beautiful Chaos
The lady that was working the speaker and window was not paying attention when taking our order , we got to the window and asked what all She had cause the total didn’t add up and continue to argue with me and my husband right off the bat saying we didn’t tell her and she couldn’t add food onto the window and for us to pull back around and reorder and again saying we didn’t tell her . They need to pay attention and stop starting arguments with the customers !
