This was my 1st time here and it was like a low end White Castle. My stomach did like me after eating here and I don’t usually have that problem. Also it was warm day and there was no AC. I do not reccomend.

Waited near 1 hour for our food and never received it. People who just arrived were given their food though. I finally asked for a refund, hopefully they did that correctly. Just go a few more minutes down the road to the next one, it's much better.

Food was bangin as always. Service was a little slow for the amount of business they were doing but overall a good experience.
As I was about to open the door, an employee poked their head out and said they were drive thru only. I didn't notice a sign on the door that said drive thru only or dine in area closed and figured the cars in the parking lot belonged to the employees. Got back in our car and as we were about to go to the drive thru, we see the employee open the door to let some people out of the dining area with drinks in hand. Not sure how they were able to dine in and we were told they were drive thru only. We ended up going somewhere else.
We went through the drive through late at night, not bad at all.

Ordered food from the app for myself and coworkers. Says the place is open 24/7. The app accepted my order, showed me progress, then said come on by it’s ready as well as took the $47.71 from my account. Arrived and there is no one there answering the drive thru, no one responds while knocking on the window. Saw 2 people inside but just ignored the drive thru and me knocking on window. No contact number on app. No one answering phone at location. I am livid. How can you take my money, show me progress of my order but not produce it?!?

Ordered a large order in the app for several people after it said they were open 24 hours online and in the app. Got to the store to pick it up, pulled up to the drive-thru and there was an automated message saying they were currently closed. There were workers inside with all the lights on, so I pulled up to the window and waited for about 15-20 minutes watching the order status update in the app. It went from being prepared, to ready for pick up, to order picked up. Still sitting there and have not gotten any food or talked to any of the workers inside. Now I’m out $50 and there’s not even an option to contact for a refund in the app. Very disappointed.
