The wings were overcooked but the rest of the food was good. The service was a little slow, especially considering the small crowd. But the music was great.

So it was a very rainy evening, restaurants in the strip mall were packed, my husband and I just wanted a light fare meal so the only restaurant that didn't have a long wait time was here! Well...now we understand why! We started out with pretzel logs and beer cheese, those were ok, not great even a bit stale, I ordered wings and fries my husband ordered a BBQ bacon burger and Mac and cheese. My wings were so burnt and so dried out, I choked trying to eat them, and couldn't barely get the meat off. After 3 I gave up! The BBQ bacon burger was so small, about the size of a McDonald's cheese burger, one small drop of BBQ sauce and BACON BITS!!! WHAT, !!!!! The Mac and cheese come in the same small bowl the beer cheese came in. It was the same cheese with a scoop of pasta in it. Not even mixed together! Terrible Terrible food, cheap Walmart wine and a very drab atmosphere. The "bar" was also terrible, very empty shelves ? not recommended

Incredibly sloooowwwww service. We waited 20 minutes to be greeted at our table then another 30 minutes for our drinks. It’s currently been almost an hour since we ordered our food. The live music was phenomenal. My suggestion is if you’re hungry or thirsty, this is not your place. Music was great.

This is a hidden gem! Amazing entertainment-singers, song writers. If you like the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville then you’ll love this place. No not miss going here. Highly recommend.

I was there mid-afternoon, the only patron with three employees. They simply did not have several menu items. I ordered a particular beer and it didn't taste right; when I made this known one of the servers acknowledged they had a problem and another server forgot. I ended up ordering a salad and it was filling but not particularly tasty. I never say never but returning is unlikely.

The best pretzel & cheese we've ever had! Great laid back atmosphere away from all the hustle & bustle. The live show was great sith very talented artists. We will definitely be back.

One of the very few places in pigeon Forge that has live entertainment. I wish they did have live entertainment every night, but they don’t. As far as the food I would say it is average American style. Hence the average rating. I travel from quite a distance to pigeon Forge multiple times a year and I try and make a stop here each time just for the music and atmosphere.

Not sure how this has over 4 stars. Maybe we came at an "off time". Our BBQ Sunday was missing BBQ sauce. My Piggy Mac Ride was swimming in watery cheese "sauce". My drink which should have had Blue Curaco in was red? Super bad experience.

First off, they were out of ribs and pork! We could handle that. Next they were of the sides and the hush puppies!! Didn’t set well. Still enjoyed out meal. Don’t think I’ll ever go back though.

What an experience and in East Tennessee! The music here was incredible and the sound and experience was top notch. We listened to Darrell Wallace who I knew already was an incredible singer and songwriter. A nice discovery for Pigeon Forge besides the typical amusements for kids. Kevin Mahoney has really put something nice together here and we so look forward to coming back! The food was also very enjoyable! Thank you Madison for the great service! Overall, 6 stars!!!

We attended a matinee show of 3 very talented songwriter/singers. They added a personal flavor to their performances as they told the stories behind their songs. It was clear they love what they do. Additionally the hostess/waitress went over and above to accommodate us and make this a very special event for us as we were celebrating our 55th wedding anniversary that day. Her efforts made it very memorable for us. Thank you to her and to the talented folks who performed for us. Jimmy Morris, Mike River, and Savanna Swatland.

We arrived and greeted by very friendly employees. We were at the afternoon show with Jimmy Morris, Mike River, and Savanna Swatland. They were very talented and it was a joy meeting and talking to them after the show. Our waitress was extremely accommodating as my niece wanted to pay the bill for us because we were celebrating a 55th wedding anniversary. Our waitress (I wish I could remember her name) went out of her way make it special with bringing a dessert with a candle in it. We would highly recommend checking this place out!

The building was very nice but the service kinda sucked. Had to track down the bartender a few times but I get it because it was a small concert and there was only like 6 people attending. The food was okay nothing really popped out to me.

Upon arriving, the place was empty, should have heeded that red flag. The restaurant itself was kind of dirty and there were no customers. Noone came in the whole hour we were there. Some of the food, we could not eat. The wings were tough, so tough couldn't eat them, salad was wilted and warm. Service was wonderful, but it was only our party in there, so it should've been. A couple of the items was pretty good. This place will not be in business long, where are all the customers? Now the kicker is when we left they locked the door behind us and are supposed to be open until 9. We left at 7. Please don't waste your time or money going here.

We were dying for a "real meal" after hitting theme parks all week. This was by far the best meal of our trip. Will definitely be here again next time we're visiting pigeon forge

Kid-friendliness: Not a "kids restaurant", but the staff was amazing with my two year old.
