Even though it's all you can eat depending on the day the dessert is better than the food but if you want a good breakfast food than mama's farmhouse is the place for you no matter what breakfast is better than lunch or dinner but everyone who works their is awesome sauce but Bethany is the server you want and she does go beyond and above for her customers and she always has a smile on her face for them.

We got the family style meal for dinner and tasted the fried chicken, sweet potato casserole, okra, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese, coleslaw slaw and broccoli casserole along with some white bean soup. The chicken and the sweet potato casserole and mashed potatoes were my favorite. The soup was really good. We also brought home peach cobbler and chocolate cobbler. The peach cobbler was my favorite. We had a very attentive waitress and it didn't take long to get the food. The atmosphere was very plain. It was $25 per person, which seemed like a lot. I would pick somewhere better to go for the price and I could make better food at home.

We went on a day they offered roast turkey and meatloaf along with the fried chicken. The fried chicken was good, but everything else including the sides were average/okay. It's a good value if you have a big appetite. I probably would not go back considering all the other options in the area offering similar family style dining.

This restaurant was recommended to me and my two close friends in town doing some shopping. We were seated quickly. Waitress showed no emotion at all. I think we bothered her. Drinks were brought and we placed our orders. We had to ask for a knife, extra napkins, butter several times. Food was cold, biscuits cold and hard, meat room temperature, okra hard and sweet potato casserole tasted like canned with a few pecans sprinkled in and a dab of brown sugar. It definitely was not the farmhouse meal we expected. Was very disappointed.

Had no idea what I was walking into but I learned a thing or two about Mama’s before I walked out. Spent about an hour of our morning going back and forth on where the group should get breakfast. We wound up here a little bit by chance but I’m glad we did. Me and the guys sat down and chowed down on everything brought out to us. The pinwheels were especially good. I could go for 5 of em right now. The bacon was good the eggs were good. The only thing I didn’t try was the chocolate gravy. Seemed like my buddy enjoyed it though. The baked apples were the best I’ve had. Thanks Mama. We’ll be back!
