They had two people working the counter, and the line moved extremely slow. The workers had zero customer service skills from communication, to satisfaction, to speed. Our ice cream was melting before we even paid. The waffle bowls tasted stale, and more like a wafer. They did not even break when you tried to break them apart, they just bent. The cookie "dough" was mainly powder and the peanut butter sauce was so thick it didn't even mix in. The place was not clean.

07/09/2024. 3:00 pm… right when we walked in the employee was sitting at the front on her cell phone. They did not have any cones or bowls. The employee was rude and there was a bucket on the counter with the Greatly Appreciate Tips. The store was FILTHY. We sat inside the tables sticky the windows had dirt and spider webs with spider. The glass had hands prints. Needless to say we threw away our ice creams and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Before I go into the negative I will say the ice cream was decent with many choices. However, the place was most unwelcoming. The two ladies were rude and not friendly. They slid the ice creams across the counters, mixed it like they had no care we were there. The family in front of us was asking about an attraction and she said I guess it’s nice. They were horrible. So rude I took my kids outside because I legit wanted to say something. The entire experience was horrible.

Took the kids there and I was floored by the pricing. I know that Pigeon Forge is a tourist trap but come on… $8 for a tiny, $9 for a med and $10 for a large? We woulda paid about $50 for our family to have ice cream! We walked out!

Got to choose any flavor for my banana split and toppings. The only thing they don't have is pineapple ?, they never heard of putting pineapple on a banana split, must only be a Florida thing ?!

Price are high for a ice cream shop. We got their milk shakes and ice cream, it didn't taste really good. Employees seems disinterested. Place was not cleaned enough.
Good stuff ?

Our first visit to a Marble Slab. We couldn't believe the prices when we first saw the menu, but stayed anyway. The young man working did a great job of serving the many folks waiting in line and was quite cordial. The 3 servings we purchased were okay, but I can't say were worth the cost. The store was clean and the young man wore gloves. I doubt I'll return, but I would not try to dissuade anyone else from going.

Right next to the smoke shop so if you have to sit outside, just know that... They accommodated my chocolate allergy which was amazing!
Vegetarian options: It would be weird if they had a meat option at the ice cream place, don't you think?
