Wow what a disappointing experience. Our family had a terrible experience at this Marble Slab Creamery. The sanitation was appalling, with dirty prep areas visible to customers. Not only were the sanitation standards below par, but the lack of proper food handling was concerning. Employees were observed not wearing gloves while handling food and using the register, a basic requirement for food safety. Additionally, we witnessed an employee using the paper bowls instead of proper tools to mix ice cream with toppings, resulting in deformed and sticky bowls for customers. Employees were wearing uniforms from other companies. Management needs to address these issues promptly. We wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until they improve their standards drastically.

I used to work here and it's disgusting these are some of the strawberry's they used to serve to guest and would keep them with all the other "fresh" fruits, nothing was ever done about the rotting strawberries or expired milk they use to make ice cream

We are on vacation and walked up to doors at 8:20 and they were locked. We made our way in in through the to go door for mellow mushroom and found out they don't make milkshakes at that time because "they had to clean up". If they need to clean by 8:30 then don't have close at 9 on your door!

Ice cream is good, but constant issues with being out of multiple items. We're local & this location was out of something we wanted the first time we stopped in. Fast forward to today, over a year later, & I walked out with nothing because they didn't have ANY of the mix-ins I wanted. Zero. AND, these were in addition to the posted long list of out of stock items. Continued problems with multiple menu items not being available screams inadequate management. Please do better.

Purchased 1 small and 1 medium cup ice cream in Cotton Candy and Sweet Cream flavors at this location. I tested the Birthday Cake flavor and texture was gritty and very soft. Ordered just before 12pm on a Thursday; no line. We were Super Disappointed especially for the price we paid just over $16. Both our ice creams were gritty textured, softer than normal, and the 2 ladies barely mixed the ice creams with our added ingredients on the supposedly cold marble. We will never visit this location again. So sad and waste of money! We hardly ate any and threw most away.
