STAY AWAY!! This store is not a corporate Cookie Company. They dont stand behind there product! Ordered a cookie cake it was Raw literally disgusting for my son's bday. I called that night after the bday party at 830p on Saturday and was told a manager would call me back Monday. Spoke to Melissa who said owner would submit refund. Now its Jan 2026 2 months later and they want me to bring the cookie back.. Ridiculous. Looked like a 2year old decorated it at this. $57 for RAW cookie dough

Store hours stated 9pm. Pulled the door open at 8:50pm with no one in line and was told that they were closed. People walking out had their order but said that the staff acted bothered they were in there at 845. I get not wanting to be open after close with a long line, but turning customers away 15 minutes early is strange.

I'm from Alabama workers were very kind but compared to other marble slabs they scoop pretty small lots of toppings tho but I felt like I had more toppings than ice cream

Cookies were just OK, the cheesecake ice cream has a light sour taste and almost bland. There was an issue with another person's order and it took 4 people to figure that out, and after they did they all walked away and we had to wait even longer to pay. Topped with rude staff, this was our 1st ever visit to a marble slab and definitely the last.
Went here because it’s our first time in pigeon forge and we love marble slab everywhere else and was craving ice cream. I asked for a certain flavor mixture that was literally on the pictures of the waffle bowl but the girl looked at me like she didn’t understand what i was saying. And Not only are prices almost double anywhere else we’ve went there was a bug about halfway through the ice cream absolutely DISGUSTING! I WILL NOT return and this really disappointed me for the marble slab brand.

Can’t ever sit down to eat when I bring the family to get ice cream. Inside tables are always sticky and dirty, and the outside tables are always full of trash people leave behind cause they won’t put their trash can out. Employee said they don’t feel like changing it at night when it’s full. Absolutely ridiculous.
