We placed an online order after traveling all day for vacation. Maybe I was just hungry, but this is probably the best pizza I’ve had from a chain pizzeria. Toppings were just enough, and crust was cooked well. Loved the garlic sauce, but I’m a garlic sauce junky.

3PM and only one lone, really sweet young lady answering the phone, taking orders, and preparing the food. SMH... Waited over an hour for a medium thin crust pizza and a Greek salad. SMH... Had I known when I ordered that she was all alone, I would have walked out. Sad, sad, sad. I gave 4 stars for service because she was a real trooper handling all with a smile and great patience.

There is only one Marco's Pizza in my area(Pigeon Forge)...I order often(online) and when I call I am put on hold for a very long time...I order online and it will say 15-23 minutes...I get there and have to wait another 15-30 minutes to get my food...So I was under the impression that they were short staffed...I apply for a job there and heard nothing back so I decided to call and inquire about employment only to be told that they weren't hiring...It's VERY VERY VERY apparent that need help but don't want to hire another person...This is an extremely busy area especially from June-December...Oh well,I will gladly take my business elsewhere.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a box of wings one pizza was barbecue chicken pizza and it had no barbecue sauce instead it had pizza sauce instead of the barbecue it should have had. And the pizza was like cardboard the wings was on like an inch long and it cost 75 dollars. Service was nice ish. The other pizza was good tho it was just a normal pizza with everything but all an all my experience sucked 2/10 never try again

This was my first time eating Marco's pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised. This was one of the best chain pizzas I have found in several years. This is definitely a brand I would highly recommend. Job Well Done Marco's!
This restaurant is conveniently located just off the intersection of the p Parkway and Wears Valley Road. In the Publix shopping center, there was ample parking available at the time I visited.
