The waitress must have forgotten about us, we got the check and waited and waited and she never came back to pick up our card. We changed it out for cash and left. She also didn't refill our drinks after the food came.

As good as the staff were, unfortunately we could not get an alcoholic beverage. I am a 45 year old English man,l and my drivers licence with my age was not sufficient apparently. I understand that the establishment rules are the rules. However, I have a gray hair and am follicly challenged. I would not feel comfortable bringing such a crucial document to a bar. I just wanted a beer. Cheers.....

I love Margaritavilles and the After 5 drink hits the spot. I had the jambalaya and wished it was spicier. Everyone else in my party's orders was rated top notch.

Please stop paying these businesses an arm and a leg for bland and cold food. I payed almost $30 for a drink and nachos that were cold. My entire family regret stepping foot in that restaurant almost to the point we had to laugh to keep from crying lol.I didn’t want to cause a scene but I wanted a refund. Please learn from my mistakes and go where the locals go😑

Horrible experience. Waitress took her good old time to acknowledge us and take our order... Then we waited quite a while for our drinks, and even longer for our food. I regrettably ordered the steak... I ordered medium and it came out extra well done. I didn't feel like waiting another 45 minutes for a replacement so I suffered through it... My sides came out cold. My wife said her food was bland and room temperature when it came out.... Overall experience was very poor.

Went to dinner with seven friends. After we were attacked by the photographer who wanted $200 for a couple of shady pictures. We ordered our food and waited about 45 minutes for it. I got fish and chips which tasted like half cooked frozen fish sticks on a bed of soggy limp french fries. I took one bite and it was skunky. I asked the waitress to take it back and just discount my meal from the Bill. They wanted to give me a free meal. I said no thank you. Well, they brought me the same meal again and it was actually worse. I certainly am not searching for that loss shaker of salt ever again. Also had a lousy meal at their Montego Bay restaurant.

It was really nice, the food was great. Love the kids cup it lit up on the bottom part. The croc's in the gift shop were neat but 60 was a little bit high for my budget.

Ordered margaritas first one was all ICE literally second one I asked no ice and this was what I was given thank you margaritaville!!!

Menu is very limited. Not much to pick from. Otherwise we would give it 5 stars. Its not the same anymore.
