A small sandwich in wilted lettuce and a t comes out to be roughly $20 just pathetic amount and quality of food for the price.

These sandwiches are one of the best, with everything fresh. Very flavorful. It's hard to find a good sandwich, and glad these deli's are still around, if you want everything in the sandwich freshly made.

Waited for an hour for our order. Turned out they never put it in. Took another hour to get a refund. No one even apologized. It was total chaos and others were in the same situation.

Unfortunately, this was our first and last visit. Our food came out wrong, sides were missing, and we weren’t the only ones, people behind us had the same problems. Very disappointing.

Scrumptious food, personable waitstaff, and a very nice atmosphere and restaurant. 8:30 twice once for dinner once for lunch and it was well worth it. Very nice service and the food was delish.

Me and a couple of friends went to McAlister’s for lunch last Tuesday Dec 9. We received the best service and the food was absolutely delicious as always. I would recommend McAllisters to anyone. Thanks team it was a wonderful experience

I work at a hotel so we can’t always go and pick it up, but I had some special requests that the Uber eats app wouldn’t let me add and called the store and got Jonah. He is very polite and professional and was able to help me with what I needed to get done thank you Jonas so much for your help.

By far the nicest Mcallister’s I’ve been to and the service is phenomenal. They checked in on our group several times and even went out of their way to get things for us. Seriously the best service I’ve ever had at a fast casual restaurant. Also very clean and updated and food was great!

We were in on Thursday November 15th around 5pm. The young man that took our order was super!!! Extremely pleasant. As my wife and I left we both said “ Now that’s customer service!” and makes you want to return. Wished we got his name to post. If I’m not mistaken I think he helped train in the Bristol, VA location when it opened.

The entire team was very friendly and welcoming. Our food was great and the high quality we expect from McAllisters. Restaurant was clean and maintained, looks brand new. Thanks for a great meal!
