If I could give a zero I would.... My wife went to eat there on September 17th and the bill for one person was $33 plus. She had rewards that she tried to use but the manager apparently didn't know how to apply them. She was told he would 'figure it out' and she left it with him. Well, that apparently didn't happen..he gave her an 'adjusted receipt' for $26 and told her that it was handled. That wasn't the case as our credit card was still charged $33+. First of all, if you are in the retail customer business, be honest with your customers. Honestly, $33 for one person to eat is way too high, and with the rewards not applied correctly, we were still left with an outrageous bill. We are locals and we don't plan to visit McAlister's again, let alone anytime soon. We used to visit often at this location many times when there was different management. Needless to say, there are better options and we'll take our business elsewhere. Come winter when there are so few customers, maybe our business will be valued more (the 'manager' seemed to be more interested in helping tourist and but her head off when she tried to get him to straighten the mess he created out). Unfortunately for McAlister's, our dollars will be spent elsewhere....

I really enjoyed my lunch here. The staff was very polite and professional, and the food was great. The restaurant was clean and laid out well. I went during a slow time, so it was also nice and quiet. I am unsure of how it would be during busier times.

1st time here and my experience was great. Walked in @ lunchtime and the place was super clean. The staff was great. I had a new girl, just starting, and she was super great. She took my order and never stumbled. We received our food rather quickly and for fast food, the portions were much more than I was expecting and the food was tasty. I then witnessed the mgr greet every person at every table. Great experience, great customer service, great food... please go visit this place when you're in Pigeon Forge, TN

I had the Honey BBQ Chicken Spud and the McAlister’s Club sandwich, paired with their famously delicious potato salad. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. They never disappoint! Highly recommend.

Food was good, just check order before leaving. We ordered an extra pickle because we were splitting a 12 inch sub, changed our minds to eat there, which was a good thing because we had no pickles. They gave them to us upon request, but had we took order and left, no pickle, which is essential to the sub experience.

Really nice manager and nice cheerful employees.

We had the vegetarian sandwich which was excellent, no fat, no sodium.

The chili was vegetarian also which was terrific. Their potato spuds are also prepared without any toppings that would be restrictive for vegetarians.

We enjoyed it with cheese and avocado, and the vegetarian chili was plenty for protein. Leaving the restaurant feeling good.

Definitely would come back here again when we are in the area. The manager and the crew run like a well oiled machine without forgetting to stop and talk to all the customers. Definitely this location is in my top 3 McAlisters for food and number 1 on the list from just talking and listening to the crew talk and work together.

Do yourself a favor and find another place in the area to grab a bite to eat. I first attempted to order a salad with chicken only to be told they are out of chicken. So I ordered the chef salad. When I got back to our lodge I found the salad was missing the meat. No ham or turkey. This was in addition to a server who seemed disinterested in being there. There's so many choices to eat in the area to have to settle on this place.
