McAlister's Deli

Visited at lunchtime on 6/12/25. Order at the counter and it's brought to your table. Good good at relatively quickly turn around times.

Chris was very friendly and hospitable. He made our day extra special. Spectacular service and fantastic food!! Highly reccommend!!

Had a lunch salad…ingredients could have been more selective for quality. Hunks of lettuce stems and avocado that was not quite ripe.

We like McAlister's Deli. There's not one close to where we live now. This one is in Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Very nice place. Ordered at the counter. They have a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, soups, and baked potato meals. We then sat down. They brought out the food. They brought me the wrong sandwich. They apologized and went and got mine. They asked if we wanted to keep the mistake sandwich. They said if not, they would have to throw it out. So we kept it. There was no charge. It's hard to beat that kind of service.

THEE worst most sloppily assembled piece of crap sandwich I have ever had. It was so awful. Yall need to learn how to make a freaking sandwich.

Great place great staff

It took 25 minutes to get our food. The server was apologetic when she brought out the order. The food was very good.

Was looking for a good salad so we Stopped in for lunch with the fam and I ordered the PecanBerry salad, so delicious!! Perfect salad for the summer! Great prices, wonderful staff and good tasting food! 10/10 recommend this location and the salad!

I went to McAllisters today and it was exceptional! The Customer Service behind the counter was TOP NOTCH. It was so Good, at the end of my meal, I made it a point to find the manager and let him know. Her name is Peggy and every business needs someone like her. 5 🌟

There was a time when this place was the best deil in sevier co.. that was a year ago..the new management has pushed out the friendly employees and has turned this place into something the locals are walking away from..this is a management thing there's still a few great long term employees but I'm guessing not for long..

Take out. Ruben amazing and so was the cranberry salad.

This was my first time to McAlister’s in a while and it was a strange experience. We ordered our dinner to go and listened to the manager publicly fire an employee as we waited for our food to be prepared. The other employees were definitely on edge. I have no idea what the context was for the situation, but it did make me uncomfortable and will make me second guess my next McAlister’s trip. The food was good, not very warm, but lots of meat on the sandwich!!
