Went to this Mc Donald ordered 7 sandwiches 2 of which were meals. Asked for extra sweet n sour sauce. Got to the window and asked the girl if the sauce was in the bag and she said yes. Only to find out none were in the bag… went back in told the man we came through the drive thru and asked for extra and got none. He gave me 1… I said we asked for extra so he gave me one more and said they aren’t supposed to give them… you have to pay for extra. I told him give me 4 and I’ll pay for them. This is BS if that’s the case why didn’t they say that at the speaker. I should have charged him the $1.11 I had to pay just cuz I had to come back in cuz they didn’t do their job. And this is why I don’t go to McDonald’s.

The food was fine but they rely on kiosks for you to order. The food came out correctly and hot. The decor of this location looks like someone moved out of a warehouse. It is bare and cold and just has no character. I have never seen a McDonald's that was so spare and cold and unfriendly as far as the decor was concerned.

Shitty customer service. Tried to surprise my partner with breakfast this morning and there’s no meat on our sausage McGriddles. Called the store to ask them to fix it and she said she can’t help me today, but I can come back tomorrow because it’s after breakfast hours now. It’s ridiculous that these employees can’t pop a couple sandwiches in the microwave after they are the ones who messed up our breakfast.
I rarely EVER leave a bad review but the staff at this location were absolutely terrible. Very RUDE, didn't offer any hospitality at all towards me or my family, even after a $50 dollar order, no free refills. They looked at me and my son like we were ignorant when we asked for a refill for the road. Unprofessional, rude and we will not be back unless it is the very last option.

Came here for something quick to eat and the lady taking my order in the drive thru kept rushing me and correcting the way I’d speak. I asked for a MCchicken. She kept saying you mean MACchicken. Like hello? That’s the way I speak don’t correct me. I also said thank you to the guy handing me my food and he gave me the dirtiest look ever. And didn’t even say you’re welcome or anything.

I’m a local and I come here almost everyday or at least a couple times a week. And the sandwich’s are always Stale and they look like they are always just thrown together very very sloppy and yesterday my wife ordered a regular chicken sandwich and I took it up to the counter 3 times cuz everytime they kept giving us the hot and spicy mcchicken and the manger even lied right to my face and showed me 2 Pattie’s out and tried telling me that they were different just the Mac chicken had less pepper on it and so after that we gave it a try and it was still the hot and spicy. Completely different shade of orange or red than the acually mcchicken is so y’all need to get new managers cuz if they are going to lie to customers Especially local customers then something wrong.
