Cold fries, ask for fresh ones they give you some at the same temp. Dont recommend. I doubt they’ll pass health code either, no one messing with the food wears gloves, except one guy i saw but i think he was doing fries. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend, i would however recommend the health department do a surprise visit!

simple order of blueberry pies... 5 minute mark get told they are cooking, asked if apple can be substituted... ""I ordered blueberry, not apple"... 15 minutes... we don't have any ready, can I get you apple? "I specifically ordered blueberry... do you ot have them in the store?" second person gets involved, checks from drive through and verified they are NOW cooking...28 minutes... they bring a third of the total order... check receipt... 37 minute mark.. finally have full order in bag.

After parking my car at the hotel next door to your business only to be told at 10:30pm that your closed for walk in , so we went to the window to order the young lady let us know we are not in a car a find this kind of behavior rude never will I take myself to go back to any McDonald's in pigeon forge

Terrible service girl wouldn't even come to the drive through window and she had the music on full blast and singing to the top of her lungs. They were supposed to open at 4:00 am and we're there at 5:30 and it still wasn't open.. Terrible service..stay away from this place

Payed for my food and didn’t receive all my food. I then went back to the window to get my food and the workers refused to answer at the window and then told me I’d have to come back the next day because they couldn’t do anything about it. I then asked for my money back and eventually got my for my missing food but wouldn’t give me the correct amount for the missing food.

I ordered at the drive thru, got to the window to pay and no one was there. I loved up to the pick up window and they said I could pay there but they only gave me half of my order. I was told to go through the drive thru again and reorder.
