Mellow Mushroom Pigeon Forge

My daughter has a severe dairy, egg, and tree nut allergy. She can't eat out at most restaurants due to risk of cross contamination. My husband read that Mellow Mushroom had a vegan menu, so I called to ask what procedures they use for the vegan items to see if her food could safely be prepared separately from allergen items. I spoke with the manager, Drew, who not only said, "Absolutely we can safely prepare her food, no problem," but then he walked through all the steps that would be taken to ensure her food would be safe. That gave this very anxious allergy mom much needed reassurance and comfort. When we arrived, he came over and introduced himself and again reassured us he would take care of our sweet girl. He even made the pizza himself and returned to our table to explain the safety precautions he took. He truly went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was able to enjoy a meal out. I can't express how much that meant to me and my family. Very thankful to Drew for such a great experience! 10/10 recommend, especially for anyone with strict allergy avoidance.

100% best choice for vegan pizza in Pigeon Forge / also across the US. Staff were really attentive (shout out to Megan)Build your own pizza and vegan cheese makes it super easy. We built our own with tempeh, banana peppers and jalapeño’s and veganised the holy shiitake. Both were incredible. Medium sized quite big so got some pizza to take home for breakfast 😛

We used to have a location near us and liked this place so we came here for dinner. They were relatively slow so I was pretty surprised we had bad service. Everything we asked for was forgotten and had to be asked for multiple times, our food came out without plates or napkins, our smallest child’s food came out about 10-15 minutes before ours so he was done and had to be entertained while we were trying to eat.

Veggie pizza was perfect with plant based cheese and a swirl of pesto. A small was the perfect size to share between 2 people.

Our server was very slow and often forgot she was doing something for our table. She left us without drinks refills and waited entirely too long for checks and boxes. Other than that the service was a great with good food. I will say that the other servers seemed to be very attentive with their tables. This girl could have been new.

Spend new years eve here. The place is nice colorful and nice atmosphere. The service was excellent. The pizza are good and good priced for location. I would try more flavors. We got the veggie pizza and white pizza both good. Also made a Hawaiian pizza very good. I wouldn't say the best pizza ever but definitely worth trying and easy dinner for your trip out here.

Excellent food. We really enjoyed the Veg all pizza and the Greek salad. We went on a Thursday night during a busy week and we were in and out in an hour. Great service, too.
