Mellow Mushroom Pigeon Forge

Went in on my birthday looking forward to eating here while on vacation. Got seated with menus, and sat there for 15 minutes while another table that came in 5 minutes after we did got waited on. The place wasn't the busy for a Monday afternoon, so no real reason to be ignored. We finally gave up and left. Went to another pizza place down the street. As a former employee who worked at Mellow Mushroom while in college in Atlanta back in '88, this is just inexcusable.

Zyan was amazing. We have gluten allergies in our group and he made sure we were taken care of. They have the biggest canzones I have ever seen!

This is an amazing place! Every time I go to Pigeon Forge this place is a must!! They have a great vegan pizza too!

So many options on the menu. We had the Cloud 9 wings & the Holy Shiitake pizza. Both were amazing! We’ll definitely be back!

The pizza was adequate to fair. Service was fair. As with most places, music was loud. Price was very high. Too many other choices for pizza to eat here again.

Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg are very much not vegan friendly. We spent a lot of the time hungry. So glad we found the Mellow Mushroom! We came to this location because other reviews said there was tempeh but we were told no tempeh due to tariffs on Chinese food products for now. Doesn’t matter though - the pizza is so good without it and the staff are excellent! Ordered a large for the two of us and the leftovers saved us later when we couldn’t find any vegan options near our hotel.

The meal was great but our server was a jerk. After delivering our pizzas he NEVER came back to check on us. We ran out of drinks and had to flag him down to even give us the ticket. Although we left him a tip he didn’t deserve he got MAD cause it wasn’t an amount he wanted. He told us “have an alright day” then went to front counter and slandered us to his coworker as he stared us down. I don’t know his name but he wore the hoodie on his head the whole time, had a reddish tint beard and super thin. Feel very upset he did that to us when he was a sucky server.
