Mel's Classic Diner

So went to this diner by mistake because I was thinking it was something else lol but it was good. Open till midnight which was a plus especially with late night hunger. Food, service and all was good

We dined here Monday around 11:00 and were fortunate to have Jennifer as our server. As a restaurant operator myself, I know good service when I see it—and unfortunately, it’s rare these days. Jennifer truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. She a She anticipated our needs and we did not even have to ask. The food was excellent as well. Service like hers is why people come back to a place. Highly recommend. Ask for Jennifer too.

If I could give this place ten stars I would.. my husband and I and our ten month old baby came two days in a row because the service and food was excellent each time..I wish I would've gotten the servers name but I know she mentioned she has dogs that she rescued.. she was the absolute sweetest lady ever!! Love this place.. will be back when we come back to visit 🤍🤍🤍🤍

What a perfect place! The food is right on point, the service was fun and inviting and you really can't beat the price. If you're in the Pigeon Forge area and looking for a great atmosphere, awesome service and good food ya gotta stop by!

We were super excited to try this and the food was very unpleasant and so was our server with the pink bangs. Never gave us a refill so we ate our food with nothing to drink. Sat our food down walked away and never asked nothing else.

Went on new Year's day. Great stop. Leah was our server. COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. Nice to see that the service matches the diner aura. We were very happy with the food and the atmosphere is phenomenal. Big juke box, music playing and everyone was happy. This is a must stop if you are in pigeon forge.
