I was with a friend that was going to Dollywood for the 1st time and I had bragged on how good the food was. We went to Miss Lillian's for lunch and was extremely disappointed!! The chicken was very dry and over salted. The sides were barely enough for 3 bites. I had a loaded baked potato with the pork. The pork was good but the potato was almost brown as it looked like it had been cooked hours before. One end of the potato was completely rotten which I didn't see until I had eaten the pork. After that my stomach was turned so I was just ready to get out of there.

This place was OK, average theme park food. We ordered corn, macaroni and cheese, and a chicken plate. The corn had been sitting too long, which is my fault for ordering it in the first place. It needed salt. The chicken dinner was good. The green beans and the cornbread were the best items on the plate. You can also get a (not on the menu) side of macaroni and cheese for $3. It was a good size portion and a great option for kids.

17 dollars for a platter that looked like a bbq paper plate. Very expensive for runny sides and chicken tasted like it was cooked in pork rinds grease. It will leave you hungry and feeling underwhelmed.

It has excellent service and is a good atmosphere all around but I prefer hickory's barbeque closer to blazing fury.

I got the pork BBQ slider at the take out window and since I do not eat beans and coleslaw they gave me extra pork on the side. ? Delicious! While I sat outside, Miss Lillian came by and at the same time the Country Show next door started. What a great send off right before I left Dollywood to head home to PA.

Miss Lillian is usually there to have some fun while you eat. She is always giving "lil chickie blessings" and sings songs she makes up about you and your family. Especially great if you have small children. Miss Lillian really spoils them. The food is buffet style and decently priced for the amount you can have. All the desserts are to die for.

I got a brisket sandwich with coleslaw and green beans... it was so good especially for a theme park. My kids got a chicken and a pork sandwich and they ate everything. They aren't exceptionally picky kids but they've been known to be critical of food.

Very disappointing, got there at 1:15, waited on a long line for Brisket, the people in front of my wife and I ordered Brisket and the restaurant ran out just when we were asking. Second, the portion of Coleslaw was laughable, it was literally two half forks full. Not even enough for a baby...Mac n cheese was below average, potato salad was okay...the best thing about the lunch was the Coke Zero. $42.93 later and we are now looking for another lunch place in Dollywood to eat because we are both still hungry. I understand I'm at a theme park, I work at a national Zoo and we would never serve that low level and super small taste of sides and not be completely embarrassed.

I stopped by here around 6:30 on a Sunday evening (New Years Day) while at Dollywood. The smell of bbq from outside really drew me in.My brother and I got the pulled pork sandwiches and baked beans. That with two drinks was $38.50!! The drink itself was over $3 and the cup was so Small! You also didn’t get much beans either. Its set up like a assembly line. You tell the first person your order and another person makes it. Then you pay at the end and this is where you can get a drink as well. They have fountain drinks available and nothing else extra like tea or lemonade.Thankfully, they had a covered area for seating because while the day was nice, it got COLD!! I MUST say that BOTH the sandwich and the beans were DELICIOUS! If it wasn’t so expensive, i would’ve gotten another plate. I feel that they need to have the option to get either the sandwich only or the beans only. I would highly recommend the food here! While the prices are high, it’s typically for a theme park. We were planning on getting a dessert but we were told they didn’t have anymore.

The worst food ever! The barbecue chicken was absolutely disgusting. The baked beans were no better. I definitely don’t recommend this place at all. Beware stay away. I truly can’t believe I spent $23.00 on the mess. Left without eating
