Yummy burgers and fries. Good place to stop for a bite at Dollywood. Food is a little on the pricey side but that's expected.

We looked for Fonzie here....it is a true drive-in style place. The Milk Shakes are authentic and great flavors. standard burgers and fries for us. There are hotdogs as well. Really takes you back to that time.

Visited diner and it was very busy. No condiments provided for hamburgers (and in a buffet style which is really not kept clean). Food was ok. Would not go again.

This was to be on the face of it a quick meal with a 'can't go wrong' typical theme park burger and fries. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was actually an above average burger and while not gourmet, was very tasty and well cooked.

Counter staff would not even talk to us. No hello - no smile - not even a 'what can I get you" ..... just stood there and looked at us until we finally asked if they were open and could we order something. ...she still didn't say anything - just stared. It was very weird. Burger was like burned cardboard and the fries were cold.

We ordered the cheeseburger and fries and it was okay. Mass produced and not hot. To be fair, we ate outside and it was a cool day so maybe that caused the food to cool quicker. On our next visit I will try another venue.

Restaurant has a fun atmosphere. They serve primarily burgers, fries and shakes. Lines move fairly quick. Burgers and shakes are good. Prices are on par with amusement park pricing. A good choice for quick dining.

I ate here because it looked like a fun place to eat and the atmosphere was good. The bacon cheeseburger I ordered was not good. I took the bun off and just ate the burger which was not hot temperature-wise. The milkshake was good, but frankly, I think the lunch was about $15.00 and only worth about half that amount. No one who worked there looked happy.

We ate here for lunch. Our food was cold and this was at 11:30 so not long after they opened. He burgers and shakes were nothing great. Drinks don’t come with the meals. The staff was confused and a bit rude. Would eat somewhere else.
Orders 2 burgers, the patties were awful. We are half o ly because we had to wait a long time to order food and were starving. So disappointed, a worker at the bakery told me they had changed the burger patties and she agreed, not good.
