Menu said one of our meals was 12.00 and they charged 16.00, menu said second was 14.00 and they charged 17.00. Claimed menu hadn’t been updated to new prices and then another employee said they said been asking owners to update the boards for months. In my eyes you shouldn’t charge more than the advertised prices. Portions were smaller than normal. You can go to little Tokyo for less money now and get better food.
Mall Asian is much better than what I purchased here. Price was not worth the food we got. Very low value return.

The food took a very long time. There was only 1 other party besides us. Our party all got their food like 5 min-10 min apart. The first people were done way before some even got their food. It was cold, so they took it back and microwaved it. Food was very sub par. They did not have sushi. The young girl working the register was kinda rude. Multiple people from our party were sick that night due to the food.

First, our rice was still frozen and when addressed they took the plate back and MICROWAVED it. Rice was old and very sticky and not edible. Was a full brown slice of carrot also
Second, 4/8 of our bachelorette party vomited and have not been able to get off the toilet.
Last but not least our server told me that I sucked when I requested yum yum sauce. I think she was joking but still oh my lord
No sushi either and the restaurant was empty for a reason

I have conflicting review of this place.
Last week had the most amazing scallops and asparagus there.
Went a few nights ago to try the steak....and something was off....very off. I felt horrible asking for a refund. They did so, but without saying much. I was apologetic ...but I shouldn't have to feel bad when what I was served wasnt fresh? She said it was ok, and just wanted happy customer. But ....
So how could one meal be so amazing and next week a complete fail? I appreciate that they refunded me.....First counter clerk said no, they never done that before. And Im thinking..."but Im not going to eat meat that tast like that steak in my own fridge thats iffy after I forgot to grill it for a week " Something was off and I was trying to tell them politely....so I gad to tell her, I literally took 2 bites and maybe she needed to ask a manager or something.....And, she did. I was refunded and felt horrible for asking....she still charged me for a fountain soda, which I left there because I wasnt hoing to sit in there and sip a soda without any food? Why didnt she just refund the whole thing? Wierd...just wierd. And why does a person need to feel bad when something was clearly wrong?
So, like I said, very undecided about the whole place.
Cleanser they use on the tables has ruined the finish. So they have a sticky residue feel that makes them look like it hasnt been wiped.
There are definitely some issues going on when it comes to the details. Since I travel for work I eat at A LOT of places.....and its these details that stick out in my mind when I decude to go back or not.
Im here for 1 more week out of 7.....chances are I will wait untill Im back next year to decide. This last experience was enough this trip here.

I was craving sushi and decided to come here. Imagine my surprise when next to the huge sushi menu, there is a sign that says they no longer have sushi. I ordered shrimp fried rice and dumplings to go which was somehow $30. It was ok. I would not recommend or return.

Delicious food, great customer service. Not sure why there’s bad reviews but this is my second time eating here and it was delicious both times!

Cool Japanese restaurant... great service. They have dine-in with good seating or you can phone ahead and pick up at the drive-thru

The food and service was absolutely great! Ignore the bad reviews and give it a shot, it was very clean and looked great. The mushrooms in the hibachi were super super good and so was everything else. But they did have a sign saying that done sell sushi anymore due to labor shortages.
