Fun location. I stopped in for tastings 2 days in a row. Savage was our bartender the first time. He is a very funny guy and kept everyone laughing the whole time. The next day, Pops was our bartender. He also has a great sense of humor and made it an enjoyable experience for everyone.

Michael refused to serve my 30 yr old brother in law and then after a manager confirmed his ID was real Michael continued to ignore them.Started our vacation off on a weird vibe. Not cool Michael. Not cool

Becoming less impressed with Ole Smoky. Years ago, we bought 12 bottles of their Chocolate Chip Mint Cream (at the Gatlinburg location). We stopped in at this location in March 2024. They now charge $7 a person for tastings... or $11 per person for "premium tastings" which gives you two additional tastings. The regular tastings give you six or seven selections. They provide a coupon for purchases but it is only $5 off. Ole Smoky used to be $5 for tastings and the coupon the same value (making the tastings free if you bought something). Their pricing has also gone up quite a bit on their jars. They charge a different cost based on the proof/alcohol content.

Went to at the Margheritaville. (Be warned you are charged alot for tasting.) Was disappointed to see it so commercial and no where near as good as Tennessee Legend Distillery is so much better quality for taste. Ol smokey and similar are just meh. The worst part was one pourer completely blanked us and didn't say anything only continuing with his schpeel as he poured. The stocker was nicer and more welcoming that chatted about the strawberry cream and peanut butter cup one.

Went during spring break which was way busier than we thought it would be. Wanted to try a few before we purchased. Unfortunately the flavors we wanted to try were not offered in that days tasting. Thomas found us on the floor and answered several questions as well getting us samples of what we wanted to try. Very good service. Walked away happy and carrying a case of miscellaneous moonshines.
