The food was absolutely amazing!! Everything was prepared perfectly and every bite was delicious. The cocktails were also great. The ONLY thing my husband and I had a complaint about was the timing of getting the food. Took about 20 minutes to get a drink and an hour to get one appetizer. The other appetizer was taken to go because it was never brought out and our salad came out with our meal. But once we got our food, we could think of nothing except how perfect it was. The servers were very friendly and knowledgeable.

e for Valentine's Day. We have never been here before, so we wanted to try something new for the occasion. We go in, the place is nicely decorated, so we had high hopes. It took 20 mins for a waiter to even come and ask what we wanted to drink. The only thing they have that was even acceptable was the guacamole, but it's hard to mess up guacamole. We get our entrees, and both of our smiles drop. I got the carne asada, The steak was burnt and raw inside, the vegetables were lukewarm and soggy, and I had multiple pieces of hair in my food. My boyfriend got the chicharron, which was pork belly fried. Most pieces only contained fat, he only had three pieces of it, and he feels already nauseated and sick only 20 minutes later. I took two bites of my food and couldn't take the charcoal taste anymore. I have never felt this way about any meal in my life, but I wanted to cry. Not only the food was bad, it was WAY too expensive. There is no reason to pay 40 dollars for a 5 oz brunt tenderloin, alongside soggy vegetables and rice. I am not a person who complains about food, I try to be open minded about anything I try. This is the first time I ever felt the need to write a negative review on any establishment. However, when I felt the need to cry over a meal, it felt necessary. I would have taken photos, but my main goal was to leave as quickly as possible.

Total waste of money. Went with a group of 10 people for a birthday dinner. We had a reservation. Restaurant was not crowded yet service was super slow. They mixed up most of our orders, didn't bring extra chips we asked for, forgot to bring a few people at our table their food, and then messed up several of our bills. The food menu at the restaurant didn't match what was online. Food was not good or worth the money. We all felt ripped off as we spent $50-$150 each but none of us were satisfied. Choose somewhere else.

Well, this was a pleasant surprise. I mean, based on Google reviews we were optimistic, but didn't think it would be THAT good. The decor alone was extremely inviting. We started out with chips, salsa, and guacamole. The salsa was good, but the guacamole was thee best we have ever had. Outstanding!! My daughter and I each had the Cochinita Pibil Torta and they were so tender and delicious. My husband had the Carne Asada Tenderloin. Perfectly cooked to medium rare which is not the norm even in top steakhouses. He said it was one of the best steaks he's ever had. My hubby and daughter had dessert back at the airbnb so only I got one to go. The rice pudding was just ok, but with everything else, still 5 star dinner. Props to our waiter Landon.

The place is in a hotel but the food was incredible if it was a stand alone restaurant with a cool vibe they would print money

We had a reservation, and we're still told to wait 15 mins... 15 turned into 30, so we took our BIRTHDAY girl to another restaurant for lunch. we woke up early to make the breakfast and wouldn't have been sat until after 11, with a 10:30 reservation. cute ambience didn't cover the poor service.

We found Paloma Scratch Kitchen online when we were looking for a non-“American” food option after days of steak/burger/chicken options on a long weekend trip to the area. The atmosphere, food, service and parking were all great. We especially enjoyed the tacos and roast corn appetizer. Food is spicy, like we like it. Would eat there again.

They were out of multiple things(Including condiments). Therefore, I cannot order what I wanted and when I ordered something else on the menu did not have sauce or ketchup to go with it. Service was decent atmosphere was good.

We arrived right on time for our 7:45 reservation, even a bit early, after a long drive from Charleston SC to Pigeon Forge on Christmas Day... only to be told that there would be a one hour wait. That wasn't great, but I can sort of understand a restaurant getting behind on Christmas Day... Although an hour behind as far too much. The worst part though... The host was chatting up two young girls while we stood in line to check in, asking about people they knew in common, and even took a photo with them while we were standing in line right behind them with a long line behind us. I am not talking about a few minutes... it went on and on. It was just ridiculous and then I heard they had been taking walk ins earlier. Anyway I understand someone getting behind on Christmas Day at a restaurant, but I do not accept one hour and then the way we were ignored by the host was beyond the pale so we left and went to Taco Ranch a few doors down which was really good. I'm really glad we left as this restaurant clearly isn't managed well.

The food was delicious but the waiting time and service awful. Additionally it's very expensive

What a lovely spot-- amazing vegetarian options in an area where you're lucky to find a subpar veggie burger at most places. We ended up here unexpectedly on Christmas Eve, and we were so happy we did. The staff were so kind and accommodating. We were given complimentary Agua de Jamaica (hibiscus and cinnamon tea) on arrival. We ordered a selection of vegetarian tapas, all of which were incredible, especially the shishito peppers fried in masa flour. The chef came out to chat with us, and told us that several of the meat free items on the menu were specifically intended to make up for the short shrift that vegetarians get elsewhere in the area. The decor and ambience were lovely, and it was just a great experience all around. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came in for dinner and there was no one in the restaurant besides us. We each ordered an old-fashioned and my husband had two tacos and I had one. When we got the bill at the end of our dinner, we were shocked to see that our drinks were $22 each, plus $11 in alcohol tax Our tacos were dry and the little corn tortillas that they handmade were not very tasty and were crumbling as we tried to hold them as we ate them

We came after a long day at Dollywood. Service from Juan Pablo and Tina was great. Food and drinks were excellent. And my kids loved the Steak and rice option for the kids dinner
