My husband and I came in for dinner and there was no one in the restaurant besides us. We each ordered an old-fashioned and my husband had two tacos and I had one. When we got the bill at the end of our dinner, we were shocked to see that our drinks were $22 each, plus $11 in alcohol tax Our tacos were dry and the little corn tortillas that they handmade were not very tasty and were crumbling as we tried to hold them as we ate them
Incredible food and service. Extremely unique options and delicious farm to table. The customer service here was outstanding!
Food was good. Service was good. Our server was a little lacking in that he did not refill our drinks.
Service was good, and the decor was amazing. We loved the appetizer with the trio of salsas and guacamole. Our tacos weren't great, the tortillas were soggy in the middle by the time our food was brought to us.
While there were only a couple diners in restaurant, the service was slow to start. Had to ask for drinks twice. They did however bring over a really delicious pink concoction with a hint of spice and watermelon that was soooo good. The beef taco was tough, fatty and not really edible, however the mushroom taco was great.
Cool vibe and food was really good! Service was outstanding! The pork belly was delicious!
Fantastic food, the atmosphere was great, and the location was cool. The staff was friendly enough, and thank goodness we weren't in a rush. Not very many people in the dining room or the patio, but we had to wait for ages to get anything. Drinks, apps, entrees, it all took an unseasonably long time. We were celebrating a birthday, so it wasn't like we were in a rush, but this place seemed a little unorganized and unsure of themselves. However, nothing came out incorrect and was all delicious! Just seems strange that the staff was so unprepared for service, I can't imagine what was the issue. Slow and unsure? Not a great feeling, it definitely didn't instill confidence that we were going to have a great dinner. We were surprised as they came through, but this was not what I had expected.
Food was an excellent reprive from the standard local fair of burgers, wings and steaks everywhere else. Food was unique, and plated beautifully, great healthy salad option. Complementary watermelon gazpacho was amazing. Attentive, friendly server and manager checked in as well. A standout experience for sure!
One of our favorite restaurants in Pigeon Forge that was filled with surprises. Started with a gazpacho amuse from the chef and ended with green apple cotton candy surprise for the whole table. My kids loved it! Drinks were delicious, we particularly loved the trio of salsa and guacamole, yuca fries. Queso, birria and seafood tostado. My son loved his chicken taco with everything on the side. The restaurant is quiet (I don’t think most people have discovered it yet) but don’t let that stop you from making a reservation because the food and service really delivered

I was not expecting this place to be in my top three favorite foods. I travel and have eaten at a lot of places. THIS. Just WOW!!! Oxtail tacos, pork belly shareable, oxtail entree over mashed corn. Best food I have had all year.

The food and drinks were incredible! My husband said his taco shells were the best he’s had in his entire life. I got the abondigas and kabocha salad and both were divine. We also got chips and salsa/guacamole trio. All portions were giant. Cocktails were superb. Our server was very accommodating. The space is beautiful. Our only complaint - Service was a tad slow. Otherwise we had a fabulous experience and will return next time we’re in the area.

Great hidden gem in Pigeon Forge! We were looking for a nice, non-touristy dinner out and Paloma delivered with great food, service, and atmosphere. As advertised, the food was clearly from scratch. Great blue corn tortillas, salsas packed with flavor, tender taco meats, and a few fun off-menu surprises. Cocktails were delicious and the bar was full the whole time we were there. Our server, Anna, took great care of us.
Amazing food hidden among the many options along the strip. The food is made from scratch, incredible salsas and cocktails. The blue corn tortillas were fantastic and the food was delicious. The service was terrific, our server Ana was wonderful and we enjoyed a few surprises throughout our dinner that you have to experience, they really make you feel welcome. If you are looking for great food and a relaxing meal with really good food, you found it at Paloma Scratch Kitchen. Truly a hidden gem!
