First time in pigeon forge, got all settled into our room so we ordered some pizza! Arrived an hour later and the delivery guy was jovial and courteous. I appreciate y’all out here feeding us with a nice smile!

I wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever they don't wear gloves when making your food they don't listen to anything you're saying pretty much when you're trying to pick up an order they are just outright root and clearly don't know how to spell

Turn around time was quick, quality of the pizza also met out expectations, they just forgot to cut the Pizza HAHA we didn't have anything on us to cut with, so we just ended up ripping it.?

I placed an order for pick up in TN. When I went to check on the order, the order was placed for delivery in FL. Totally freaked out called the store in FL to cancel. I arrived at the location in TN. Lynn solved all of my problems quickly and was so kind. Thank you, Lynn for saving the day!

Absolutely...incredible customer service! It's so easy to get overwhelmed during a busy Saturday but tonight right during dinner time (about 6:00pm) they took care of my family with a smile and acted as if we were their only customer priority...even though we could visibly see how busy they were. Even took the extra second to answer my daughters question of how many boxes they had pre-formed sitting ready for use.

Long long long waits. Delivery takes much longer than it says. Was only .2 miles from the store and it took over an hr. Food was warm not hot. Place is like a 3 star but I gave them 4 because the driver was so nice. She's a sweet lady. Overall it was decent and I've definitely had worse since being here. If I wasn't too tired to leave the room I'd go somewhere else. Not hating on this location but just wanted everyone to know what they're getting when they order here.

Well I called at 12:15 am and tried to make a delivery order they awnsered the phone got halfway through order than told me they was not taking anymore Orders that was not bulk orders or something knowing they close at 1 am and have 45 mins to close but I am located at the Ramsey Hotel directly behind then down the rd .3 miles yes point 3 miles anyway so after I get off phone I get on mobile app and order a pizza at 12:35 a.m and delivery driver had the pizza at the hotel in the lobby at 12:48 PM great timing but also security here would not let them bring it to my room for what reason I do not know but any way driver was Great and nice and he was tipped well but guy who would not let me order over the phone needs to be addressed on costing this company money by not taking orders at 12:15am when they close 45 mins Later ...

Waited almost two hours and just had them cancel. The order left the store and I called to see where it was 35 min later and it was still 15 min out. Don’t give an estimated time if food will take double that time and not even get delivered.
