They let DoorDash take your food and not deliver it to you beacaue there drivers are lazy I’ll never I mean never order papa John’s again unless they make it right

I ordered a pizza an hour ago they said it would arrive in 15 minutes, I still don’t have it and when I call to find out about it or to talk to a manager the phone just rings and then hangs up. I would give less than 1 star but that isn’t an option.

It was a delivered before the time the lady told me.Food was correct the way we order. Both the delivery guy and the lady that took the order was very courteous. Thank y'all

The app is messed up for this location. I put in my correct address and unit. Thankfully, the delivery guy called and questioned his information. Took a while but it's a holiday weekend. Pizza was delicious. Thanks. Much respect for the delivery man.

I would like to preface this review by stating this store has some incredibly nice delivery drivers! I have had nothing but pleasant encounters with all that I have seen.
Today I called an order for delivery, and after getting off of the phone it seemed that they had not applied the discount code I had. I called back as soon as I noticed and said that I don’t believe my discount had been applied.
The woman on the phone simply said “I did apply it.” Then sat the phone down and walked off. I initially thought she was double checking, but after some time of her not responding to me, I hung up and attempted to call back. She answered my call and hung up. I tried calling back again and she hung up on me again. When my order arrived she passive aggressively circled my total and wrote discount by it. It would be a lot easier to simply explain that in my opinion, as I said I was not being rude whatsoever, simply inquiring about my order/total.
I have worked in customer service my entire life, I do understand people have bad days. However, I was not being rude whatsoever, just trying to get information on my order and that is the reaction I got from this employee.
It prompted me to look at more of their recent reviews and it appears people get hung up on a lot at this location, which is incredibly unprofessional and quite rude frankly.
If you get angry due to a customer asking a question, it would benefit you and everyone else to seek another type of job.
Hopefully management is aware of this and attempting to resolve this issue, otherwise it will continue to affect their customers.

Very disappointed with our experience at Papa John’s. We were promised a special rate over the phone, and that was the only reason we chose to place an order. But when we arrived, we were told that the information we received was “not accurate” and that they couldn’t honor what was discussed. This was extremely misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. The staff flat-out lied to us, and no one took responsibility for the miscommunication. We won’t be returning.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Pizza crust wasn't like Papa John's we have back home. It was lacking serious flavor, however, toppings were generous. Oreo dessert was overcooked but still editable. No DR. Pepper or variation of it offered so we stopped at the gas station across the street to get some 20oz sodas. Garlic knots were on point!
