Dean's is an all-you-can eat place. You pick 2, 3, or 4 entrees and 4 sides.

We were disappointed. The general expectation was somewhere between a real good mom-n-pop dinner and grandma's home cooking.
This was below average mass-produced tourist food. All the hot items came out luke warm.

I am not sure they used any spices during the cooking of anything.

Joshua was a great waiter, attentive and friendly. I went in the early morning so parking was easy and I walked down to the restaurant. I bought merchandise and then headed up to the restaurant on the 2nd floor. I had the Albany for breakfast with Nashville hot chicken and waffles, ooey gooey pancakes, ham, biscuits and gravy, and a side of fruit. The food was good just found the ham to be for me unsuspecting salty but I used it to balance the sweetness of the pancakes.
