“I visited on Sunday off Memorial Day '25. The employees were all very friendly and eager to help. Plenty of food waiting to be purchased. We purchased an original Cinnabon and Auntie Anne pretzel. Both fresh and delicious. They are open until 11 pm!“

“I visited on not a typical day. Visiting on the day of the 50th annual Christmas Parade, the sidewalks were packed and not to much going on inside the shops. Service was great, I was greeted with a smiling friendly face, she promptly took my order and just as quickly received my order and was ready to go back to the sidewalks.
The pretzels were warm and soft with just enough salt. If you enjoy a soft warm pretzel then this would be the ideal place“

“On vacation and was craving a good sandwich. Pigeon Forge Deli did not disappoint! The bread is fresh, the roast beef melted like butter in my mouth and the staff was friendly! My husband was very happy with his club sandwich also. I highly recommend!“
