Puckett's Restaurant - Pigeon Forge

This is our second time visiting Puckett’s Restaurant while on vacation. The food is amazing and our waiter gave extraordinary customer service. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience. Great service, delicious, quickly delivered food; huge portions, and a menu of completely unique meals that makes you want to try everything. Will definitely be coming back.

Food was delicious! The ordering is unorthodox, you order when you first walk in, you get your own drink, then you find a table and they bring you your food. The food was very yummy, the piggy mac was awesome! Highly recommend.

We always enjoy having dinner at Puckett’s prior to walking down the hill for a show at the Ryman. We’ll be back.

Service was fast and food was delicious!

Two words, simply good. Real simple stuff done well. Good brisket good fried okra. Server was real quick and attentive fixing my brother’s mistaken order before we even had to ask. He had a real positive attitude which brought smiles to all of us.

My daughter and I made a road trip to taste bbq for her wedding reception. Christina at Puckett’s was friendly and helpful. There was great communication throughout the planning process. When the wedding day came it was even better than we remembered. Everyone raved about the food. The room was perfect and the service was great. I would definitely recommend them for a small event.

We ordered to go from the Pigeon Forge location and man was it amazing. We got the platter with 5 different types of meats and more than enough to share. Would highly recommend eating there!

Christina and her team did a fantastic job for our wedding rehearsal dinner. She was very helpful from the beginning of the planning to the end of the night. Food was delicious and the private room for our party was comfortable and friendly. Highly recommend!

2:15 reservation: All 3 meats were heavily smoked for the Thanksgiving meal. The mashed potatoes and green bean casserole were smoky tasting too. (Possibly inadvertently??) The mac and cheese was dry and cold, but did not have a smoked flavor. We declined the sweet potato casserole. It did look good with the toasted marshmallow topping, we just didn't want to waste food that we knew we would not eat. Too much smoke can be “loud.” I have had acid reflux and heartburn for over 8 hrs now and have taken 4 antacids so far. I swear I could blow smoke rings if I burped. I had to skip supper too. This meal did not sit with me or my husband. My husband had 2 drinks; those plus the 2 meals was $101.00 not including the tip that we did leave for our flustered waitress. The food did come out quickly and she was attentive to our needs on a very busy day.

Food was ok at best, that's being generous. Definitely not worth the money spent. Would not recommend Puckett's in Pigeon Forge to anyone!

Still had a wait time even though I had reservations. The service was awful I had to wait on myself. They did not serve a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. The food was horrible.
