Puckett's Restaurant - Pigeon Forge

The food was good and good sized portions. The only negative thing I have to say, is that, we ordered their specialty citrus-berry tea, and also got refills, however our server did not mention that the refills were not free.

**Edited to add** We received a response from the restaurant that stated to email the restaurant and leave our contact number and someone from the restaurant would contact us within 48 hours. The email was sent on 8/31/25. As of today, we still have not received a phone call from anyone from management at Pucketts. I hope everyone else who received this same response has had someone contact them.

We tried to have dinner this evening at approximately 7:30 pm at Puckett’s in Pigeon Forge . My wife and I went in and were greeted by a hostess. She seated us at a table in the bar area. We are non-drinkers so we asked to be seated in one of the other rooms. The hostess said she couldn’t seat us in one of the other rooms although in our view we could see there were at least 5-6 empty tables in each of the rooms. We are from out of town and have visited Puckett’s many times. We did not stay to eat and will not be back. I know we are only one customer, however if others receive this same treatment, I would think it may have an impact on the business. Even if the restaurant had been very busy, we would have waited on a table in an area other than the bar area. Very disappointed in Puckett’s in Pigeon Forge.

Was a much better place before they made it full service now I have to wait for someone to bring me a refill which is very annoying. And you also have to tip so its very disappointing how they changed it.

The fried tomatoes and sweet potato fries were great. Unfortunately the everything else was horrible. We order the whole farm plate and the meat (chicken, brisket, pulled pork) was extremely dry. I finished only a small portion of the meal and gave up. Very disappointing. Waitress was nice but seemed very rushed and kept forgetting items. I hope this was an isolated experience but I will never eat there again.

Went here this past weekend while in Pigeon Forge. Both service and food was horrible. Was advised that only 3 people showed up to work the day we went... restaurant was very understaffed and it reflected poorly on every aspect of our visit. Drink from the bar was horrible, was told they were out of the meal we went there for. So we ordered different Entrees, and then waited 45 minutes for them to arrive and none of it was good. Was way overcooked. The couple that sat a table over from us was delivered one plate of food and then was told that the staff completely forgot about the other meal that they ordered. All in all was a horrible experience and wouldn't ever go back.

The food was good but they are very short staffed and that made for a rather unpleasant dining experience because our waitress was running around too many tables and couldn't keep up or remember everything for each table.

Me and beautiful wife shared the gumbo and Cajun pasta with sausage shrimp and chicken it was very flavorful not over powering though it was perfect 👌

Food was cold. Waitress was bored and not attentive to our table. Had to ask several time for our drinks.

Potato Salad was the worst I ever had. Three times the mayo needed and had a very sour tasting. Probably old and bad.

Food presentation was poor. Food was warmed for hours and not fresh.

Will not return and will not reccomend to friend or family.

Overall a good place to eat. The service was good and price was comparable to the area. There is a dog friendly patio which was great for us.
