A great indoor place to escape from the heat and the cold and have decent quality burgers after a ride or a show.

I've never seen such poorly handled management of orders and foot traffic anywhere. Absolute chaos, waited over 45 minutes after ordering for one burger and gave up when the people in front of me said they were 1 hour 15 minutes into their wait. Dollywood needs to spend some money to analyze and implement more efficient processes here.

The food was absolutely terrible. A burger and fries was $17 without a drink, the tiniest cup I’ve ever seen was $7. In total it was $44 for two people and we didn’t even eat the food after the first bite. The burger was dry, cold and did not have good flavor - buns were hard - fries were cold. Overall not a good experience. I’m not from here, but I know I will not be returning to this “restaurant.”

The line was long but the food was tasty. We weren't able to get a table inside unfortunately due to the crowd but there is outdoor seating available.

The burger I had was really old and put in the bun way before I ordered it. It takes commitment to serve something so awful. They had cold bar for lettuce tomato and pickles and the fries were good. They had some outlets to charge your phone while you try to choke down the burger.

Great food great atmosphere. Definitely worth stopping for a bite to eat while at the park. The burgers are delicious. They are missing out on having a bigger menu though.

They can't handle crowds. There's no system or organization. It was a mess! We waited for a really long time. Burger was good

Eat somewhere else when you're at dollywood. The food seemed like it's been under warmers all day like school cafeteria food there's four burger options if you don't like that there's salad and a plain turkey wrap. 15 dollars for a cheeseburger and the cheese isn't even melted go somewhere else this place has really gone down hill the past couple years.

Daniel who prepares the dining room and outside went above and beyond for our family to ensure we had an incredible day at Dollywood. Our 1.5 year old dropped his shoe back behind a fence at Red’s. Daniel spotted us and jumped to help us gladly even though it took him away from his immediate duties. Appreciate Daniel very much!
