We like to rate places for what they are. This is a fast food restaurant at a theme park. The reviews from people complaining about the pricing have me wondering if they looked at the menu before they ordered. Prices are listed, and they are theme park prices. With that said, we have eaten at Red's multiple times. Some of the cashiers have fun personalities and make the ordering experience enjoyable. One of us ordered a turkey wrap this time, and it was really good! The fries are tasty. The shakes are yummy. There are even celiac safe options. Red's is convenient as long as it is not overly crowded. Will we go there again? You betcha.

$50 for two cheeseburgers and fries

Food was absolute ass, and over priced, $16 for a hockey puck and a slab of unmelted cheese on a stale bun. Fries were crap, milkshakes were alright, too much ice if you know what I mean. Tables and booths were filthy. I would not recommend this to anyone. There are tons of other places in the park to get food, do yourself a favor and avoid this one!

Had to wait over a half hour for a turkey wrap. Turns out they should have given it to me at the register. Tried to get their attention multiple times but had to wait in line again before they finally gave me my order. My burgers were cold by the time I was able to eat them.

We went here for lunch on our first ever trip to dollywood. Never ever ever again!!!!!

I have a family of 5
Each of us got a meal and 2 of my 3 kids got milkshakes
I paid $126!!!! What the hell- for burgers!!
The manager was screaming and cursing at the employees, calling out order numbers and if no one stepped up within 2-3 times of him calling the number out he aggressively threw it into the trash
It was so loud since they scream out the orders and names- and people I'm not talking about mcdobalds order shout- i mean at the top of their lungs aggressively screaming
My son has autism and he couldn't handle being inside for even a min because of the shouting
Never will we ever go here again

About average food for average prices.

Long wait and not very good. Congested. Should’ve eaten elsewhere. Burgers were like frozen patties. Fries were decent though.

Gluten free buns served ice cold. Not room temp but refrigerated cold. My five year old grandaughter dealt with this at lunch watching me eat mine buttered and warmed. We actually needed to eat there at dinner again for location, so I politely asked for hers to be warmed the same as mine making it very clear there was no allergy. First thing they ask!!! Allergy or Preference?
The manager was very rude saying he couldn't do that. More than that! This is a burger restaurant with no burger on the kids menu!!!!!! I bought 2 burgers for my grandaughter that day for $17 each and she is 5! Cold hard buns twice

It's still a good place to grab a burger!

Took over an hour to get food. Soda machines all broken. Staff has no idea what they are doing. Disaster.

Place is way over crowded. Can’t walk in restaurant without bumping into someone. Too many people ordering so food took 45 minutes.its a burger shouldn’t be more than 15 minutes max. Everyone waiting crowded around at counter made it hard to get through hallways. They need a better system to bring out food.

Price was definitely not worth the quality. Burgers reminded me of school burgers back in the days, lol. $12.99 for a plain hamburger with fries. $15.69 if you want cheese. That's an expensive piece of cheese for $3 + more! The topping bar was so low and tables were nasty. Should of went to the pizza place instead for the same price.

I prefer the pizza and pork further in the park.

A great indoor place to escape from the heat and the cold and have decent quality burgers after a ride or a show.

I've never seen such poorly handled management of orders and foot traffic anywhere. Absolute chaos, waited over 45 minutes after ordering for one burger and gave up when the people in front of me said they were 1 hour 15 minutes into their wait. Dollywood needs to spend some money to analyze and implement more efficient processes here.
