My 30 minutes here was probably the worst of my life. First off they sold me a burger and drink for $22 then I get to the fountain drink machine and my what should have been 20 seconds was more like 3 and I didn’t get any coke. After I wait 10 minutes for a terrible burger and a minuscule cup of fries. Now I’m ticked off beyond measure and never coming back. #WORSTDINEREVER
We originally thought it was a sit down restaurant and was disappointed that it wasn’t. The food was not good and we were the soda wasn’t working and we had to buy bottles of water then we see people filling up cups at the soda machine. The people were rude that waited on us then like we said they told us there was no sodas when there obviously was. We love Dollywood, but we will not be eating here again. I had to go to Nathan’s to get my son a hot dog when we left because he wouldn’t eat the burger.

The most disrespectful service I have ever experienced. Counter staff irritated they had to wait on us. Eye rolls and rude behavior. Food was cold and burnt. Don't go and waste your time and money.
One of the worst burgers and most expensive I have ever had. My family felt sick after eating. Don't waist your time and money!

Ordered a bacon burger, got cheap burger with barely cooked bacon. Price could be justified if the food was actually, you know, good.
$15 for the burger combos that come with grocery store freezer fries
Bought 2, two shakes, 2 drinks, $60.
Do not recommend, extra star because Shake was decent.

I’m honestly furious. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had anywhere. The service was absolutely atrocious. From the second I walked in, it felt like the staff couldn’t be bothered. No greetings, no smiles—just attitude and eye rolls like I was a burden for simply showing up.
And the prices? Outrageous. For what I paid, I expected at least basic decency and halfway decent service. Instead, I got treated like trash by rude employees who clearly didn’t want to be there. If you hate your job that much, don’t take it out on the customers.
I left feeling angry, disrespected, and completely ripped off. There are too many other places that treat people with kindness and appreciation—this place won’t ever see another dime from me. Absolute disgrace.

We waited 45 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a wrap the workers were just eating fries and standing there. Then they gave us attitude because we asked if are food was ready mind you there was just food laying on the counter

Maybe because I came for the excellent sit down meals at Dollywood and had to eat here because they closed early. But save your money,$16, overcooked hamburger with tasteless fries.

Burgers, fries, and drinks for 4 people cost over $80. For that price, you'd expect some really good food. Not the case at all. The burgers taste about as good as a burger from public school. The fries were surprisingly good (coming from someone that generally doesn't like crinkle cut fries.) I got chili on mine and it was the best part of the meal. The price is still far from justifiable. Only one of the burgers came out inedible, and the staff was more than happy to refund that burger combo. I know the staff doesn't control the quality of the meat, so it wouldn't be fair to hold this against them. The owner of the restaurant should be ashamed for charging such a high price for crap food. Not to mention that you have to put your own toppings on your burger.

From the moment we walked in, the experience was nothing short of horrendous. It took 38 minutes just to get a simple burger and a wrap—far too long, especially with a hungry child and wife waiting.
What made it worse was the customer service, which was by far the rudest and most unprofessional I’ve encountered in a long time. The staff seemed indifferent, unhelpful, and frankly, gave the impression they didn’t want to be there. I’ve had better treatment at basic fast food chains—and that’s saying something.
Dollywood, this was a real disappointment. With the reputation and price point, I expected a higher level of service and efficiency. Sadly, this experience left a very bad taste—both literally and figuratively.
