the hostess was very rude, walked in 3 hours before they closed and she made us feel unwelcome, we were excited to try it for the first time and felt sad we didn’t get to experience it because it was a couple hours of a wait for 5 people. i usually never leave bad reviews at restaurants but this seemed very Necessary with the way we were treated.

Great prices - especially considering a destination town where everything has premium pricing!Service was great including the server and the manager’s response to one small issue with our food. They made it right quickly and without fuss.Highly recommended!
My wife and I stopped in on our honeymoon and ended up coming back again later that week... just for the hot chocolate! The breakfast was a little cold the first time we had gone there, but the second time made up for that. Our waitress, Ariel, made the entire meal that much more enjoyable. She was very kind and friendly and always checking to made sure everything we had was perfect. I would recommend stopping in if your passing through Pigeon Forge and grabbing a cup of there hot cocoa!
