Scoops Ice Cream Parlor

The banana pudding ice cream was so good!! The two ladies working saw us walking up right before closing and let us get cones to go! It meant a lot because I promised my toddler a cone but didn’t realize they were closing! They were both so friendly and made the experience superb! Check them out!

We wanted something besides ice cream we could get at a grocery store. I found a listing for Scoops and so glad I did. They make their own ice cream and they have a lot of flavors. Our waffle cone was freshly made while we watched. It's a small place in a location off the main route, but it's worth looking for.

We tried this place for the first time and the ladies behind the counter were very friendly. We were able to sample different flavors before choosing and they make their ice cream right there. We got the waffle cone and they made it there as well. We've never had one freshly made and it was really good! You can have it warm served with ice cream or cooled down. The atmosphere was uplifting and we enjoyed it so much we went back the next day! We highly recommend this place and will be back the next time we visit.

Okay ice cream incredibly poor value for money. We paid over $34 for 4 ice creams and one normal hot fudge sundae. The ice cream tasted fine but the prices are ridiculous, home made ice cream or not.

Its our little go to ice cream shop in pigeon forge. Staff and owner are always nice. Its very clean. I love there key lime refresher. Go you want be disappointed
