The ice cream was so good and creamy and found out while I was there they make all there ice cream homemade. Love finding a local place when out of town. We will definitely be back before we head home!!!

This place is amazing and a must stop for anyone visiting the area. My boyfriend and I were here for the smokies and are always looking for a good icecream spot and Scoops is definitely worth it. Handmade icecream, waffle cones made right in front of you, and a charming family runs the place. Flavors are diverse and so good. We actually got engaged in the smokies and the first thing we did was stop in for icecream :) we will definitely be back next time we visit the area
