First of all, I just wanted to say i am from ohio and there are currently no shoneys open there. I have never been to a shoneys. I got a Slim Jim with fries, which the sandwich was somewhat dry. It had good flavor to it though and I did really like the ham. They definitely did seem understaffed from what I could tell (which is ok) but the staff was amazing. My little sister got sick outside of the bathroom and they were very quick to get to cleaning it. They also were very quick to get us seated and bring our food. We were not even inside for five minutes before they got us to a table, although there were not many people when we arrived. Sherry was our waiter and she was so welcoming, she checked on us often to ask how we were doing and got us to a table right away ,as well as getting our food as I said. Overall I would say this was a good first experience💜

Food was served lukewarm. Took forever to get served after we were seated(it was not busy). Most people were getting food from the food bar. Restaurant had several tables unbussed (lol! Is that a word?) Dirty dishes not cleared but left to hang out and attract flies. There are several restaurants in this area. Choose another one.

After a long busy day of work and not many options to eat so late opted for a shoney's All-American. My server Tanner was top-notch and if I owned a restaurant I would hire him because he understands customer service something rare nowadays when dining out unfortunately. Burger was cooked perfect and fries were hot.
