Smoky Mountain Brewery Reviews
Visited the Turkey Creek location and it was the worst! We waited for over 90 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to when we received our food. It was cold and GREASY. There were only 10 tables with customers, the lunch rush was over. The bartender was busy talking to her friends. The male with the man bun was busy walking around and hanging out at the front door. Don't waste your money at any Smoky Mountain Brewery restaurants.
We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.
Horrible treatment of patrons and will not return , I wouldn’t treat a dog the way we saw our friends being treated . Smoky Mountain Brewery offers a lively atmosphere with a range of tasty menu options. The light beer and Baker's Pizza are popular choices, while the burgers and fries also receive high praise. The restaurant is family-friendly, with a live band starting at 9:30 PM. The staff is accommodating, including for guests with dietary restrictions. The overall dining experience at Smoky Mountain Brewery is enjoyable for both adults and children, though the wait can be long.
Customers frequently visit the brewery and praise the great food and service. The naked wings are highly recommended, and the pizza, including the Baker's Choice with sausage and ground beef, is also a favorite. The mac and cheese from the children's menu is delicious. While the beer selection is decent, some visitors feel the brewery atmosphere could be stronger.
