Visited the Turkey Creek location and it was the worst! We waited for over 90 minutes from the time we entered the restaurant to when we received our food. It was cold and GREASY. There were only 10 tables with customers, the lunch rush was over. The bartender was busy talking to her friends. The male with the man bun was busy walking around and hanging out at the front door. Don't waste your money at any Smoky Mountain Brewery restaurants.

We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.

Unfortunately this place sucked with customers service tonight 12/1/24 @1034pm. For my first time being in this place all the employees were goofing around like they are in high school acknowledging us but not wanting to serve us (2 people). We waited 15 minutes just watching them until a group of 5 came in and got served immediately then we left. This place might be good for others but to me it was trash service.

It's a restaurant that brews their own beer. I was expecting more a brewery type vibe. Beer was ok. Pizza was awesome. We had the Baker's Choice, cut the sausage, and add ground beef. The mac and cheese off kid's menu was delicious. Our waiter wasn't very friendly. That was a disappointment. Being a visitor and beer lover, I was expecting more from him and the brewery. If you're in search of good food I'd recommend. If your searching for craft beer, it's a hard no.

Oh my goodness, the best fracking Ruben ever!!! The backed Mac and cheese is also good. But seriously, if you like Ruben sandwiches, this is a must.

There were 3 tables sat in the whole restaurant and 2 people at the bar, enough servers and bar tenders for each table to have their own yet everything took forever. We ordered 2 drinks and 1 never even made it to the table till we asked 10 minutes later and server just said oh yeah it's at the bar. Even a new glass of water took awhile. Food was just OK nothing special. We won't be back, very disappointed overall. Also don't expect a copy of your reciept when you pay as the server will just say they have to keep the copy for them and refuse to print you a copy

DO NOT EAT HERE! Our service & food was TERRIBLE!!! The wait was a good bit so I asked if we could sit at the bar and if a minor was allowed to sit at the bar. Lots of places don't allow that. The host said "no one cares; I am underage and I drink here all the time." That should have been our first clue this place was a disaster. We literally did not get refills -except for my husband bc he was drinking beer- our water glasses and lemonade glasses sat empty the entire meal. Our server was neglectful. Our food sat in the window for a long time because when it arrived the top of the sandwich was hard and the bottom was soggy. We would have mentioned it to our server but she NEVER CAME! It was so expensive too.. for crappy food and even worse service. It was an absolute waste of money and I will never recommend this place.

Me and my fiancé were visiting pigeon Forge for his birthday was looking for a good steakhouse, but they were closing early ran into this place and baby they did not disappoint. The steak was so tender and juicy. The vibe was right. The drinks were made with love waitress was amazing. Can’t remember his name, but I know it’s husband and wife that works there. I just want to give them a shout out for the good pictures that they took of us. I would definitely take that drive from Charlotte NC to come back anytime, we’ll see you guys soon again

Placed an order online and when my husband went to pick it up he had to wait an extra 15min past the time for pick up. That's not a big deal. My problem was that there was cheese on the food that was ordered with no cheese (yes this was specified in the special requests) and my sons kid meal was missing the side. When I called, I had called 4 times before someone answered. Then as I explained the issue the manager admits that the crew made the food wrong and the reason my husband had to wait was for it to be made correctly but yet we still received it with cheese. The manager was extremely nice and offered a refund for the messed up item which we do appreciate as the food went into the trash due to allergies. Definitely would not recommend if ordering take out
