Disappointed! Ordered & picked up since they didn't offer delivery at the time. We ordered a large Peperoni pizza & it looked good but the crust smelled old or like it was freezer burned so won't be back again!
Try New York Pizza in the Gatlinburg Mall, they have always had the best pizza around & we've tried them all!

Here to update my review. Today is march 7 2025. I frequently visit pigeon Forge and was excited to order pizza from here again. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. This is not the same pizza quality I had last time I was here. Granted, the place had a different name. Since they switched, this pizza is just not very good. Not sure what changed or why. But I would say 4/10. Nothing about my pizza made me want to come back. Cheese bread wasn’t terrible but not good enough to make me come back.
The review below is easily two years old.
Every time we come to Pigeon Forge we gotta get their pizza 🍕 best of the best.
Highly recommend

My wife and I first stumbled upon Solorzano’s in Gulf Gate FL back in 2016. To say it’s a great tasting pizza would be an absolute understatement. It’s truly the best pie I’ve ever had the pleasure of stuffing my fat face with. The savory toppings, the crunch of the crust. 🤌🏻 This pizza will grab you by the love muscle and never let go. Do your yourself a favor and go mouth molest the best tasting pizza in all of Pigeon Forge.
EDIT: In good faith, I cannot keep my original 5 star rating due to the change in product. We visited shortly before the name change, but after the product change and it was apparent something was off. The pizza just didn't taste the same and the lady at the front counter was not very welcoming. It's still "decent" pizza, just not worthy of 5 stars.

The food wasn't bad, but it certainly wasn't great. For $32 + a 4% "cash discount fee"... Yeah, let that phrasing sink in... A discount fee... It's not unique for smaller shops to charge a CC processing fee, but that's about the most garbage way to try and spin it... If you want to call it that, actually increase the prices 4% and offer a 4% cash discount.
As others have mentioned, the service is non-existent. You order at the counter, get all of your own supplies, etc. That's not terrible in and of itself, but when we asked for water cups the server motioned towards the soda cooler and said "all we have is in there"... So, if you're thirsty, bring your own water so you're not stuck buying $2 bottled waters. This is literally the first restaurant I've been to that doesn't have tap water available.
For my money, we should have taken the kids to Cici's. The pizza would have been marginally lower quality, but there would have been more variety, water and dessert for less.
Edit:
It would seem at some point that the owner decided snarky drunk messages weren't a good look and removed it. I'll add it back here so everyone knows what the owner thinks of the patrons.

They added a 4% “convenience fee”. Probably won’t be back.
Clearly says delivery/ no contact delivery, called them and they say pick up only.

First time coming here. The pizza was good, Jaboni's is still my favorite so far. Garlic knot could use more garlic oil in my opinion, but it was still good. House salad was decent, the dressing could use less oil and more basalmic. Cannoli was not for me.

Since this place rebranded, it is amazing. The sauce is out of this world. The best I ever had...

It was pricey for the quality and taste of the pizza. Only had about 5 small pieces of pepperoni on each slice and there were some areas that didn't have enough cheese on it to cover the dough. there was not much taste to the cheese either. While the service was good here and they do have a lot of varieties, as far as dining with kids or eating their basic pizzas, I would have rather spent my money at Cicis. I can't say how this relates to the other local pizza places here since this was our only stop for pizza, and we were disappointed. Our plan was to get pizza by the slice but it all looked dried out. The staff did offer to put it in the oven but we decided to play it safe and get the pepperoni instead.

Have eaten at the TN locations several times and have loved it every time! The pizza is always delicious and so fresh. The garlic knots with a side of red sauce was amazing. My favorite is the cannoli dessert too! Everything we have tried has been so delicious!!
