Arrived and pressed the button multiple times and the order timed out, was ignored, or skipped.
Several others were answered that arrived after us. I finally got out and walked to the kiosk in the pouring rain and was told they had several large orders and we should use the drive thru. Pulled up to order and after 10 minutes were never answered as rain poured into our vehicle.
We waited a total of 35 minutes without even being able to take our order. This is one of the worst fast-food experiences I can remember.

My family and I love the milkshakes and master shakes at Sonic. Sonic is about the only place that I've been to that gives you exactly the right portion for the money you spend. All around you can't beat a Sonic milkshake they are the best and the service is excellent.

Got tater tots and a slushy, the slushy was great the tater tots were not the freshest and tasted kind of freezer burnt. But I will say the staff were great and speedy with the order.
