This Starbucks is the absolutely slowest! There is no sense of urgency whatsoever! If you’re in a rush and need a drink, do yourself a favor and keep on driving. You won’t get anywhere fast with this Starbucks!

During out visit, this Starbucks did not meet expectations on what you would typically expect visiting the coffee house.
It seems this is a popular location even at 11 am. Many patrons considered m crowded the entry inside as well as the drive through. Yet very free chairs inside to sit considering they had so many people. I did noticed chairs outside however, during the winter it can be a bit chilly especially when there are no outside heaters. Purchased a breakfast burrito and with although the burrito seemed a warm to the touch, it was still frozen inside. The basic coffee seemed to be the only product on point. I over heared some specialized drink orders couldn't be made because they were missing ingredients like whip cream or strawberries. Furthermore, the trash cans were filled.
The only positive side were the employees within this morning. They still had a smile on their face and although it seemed like they were over burredened I with the amount of visitors, attempted to acknowledge all the customers as they came in. When we approached I've of them regarding our frozen burrito, they attempted to rectify the situation.
Parking: Parking is a challenge near the coffee shop due to the drive thru line. Park north of the coffee shop for guaranteed spot without the headache.

The employees are not friendly. Twice they made a mistake on my order. I let the first one go second time I did not. They forgot the flavoring in my breve, when I asked nicely she begrudgingly gave it to me in a small cup, which was fine then she said harshly I can not remake it. It seems the woman taking orders doesn’t really want to be there. It was busy but that doesn’t constitute rude customer service.
I have supported this Starbucks for years.

when I came to the window I ask for the corporate phone number as we had two seperate orders, they said we don't do multiple orders.
The PIC (person in charge) told me they don't give out personal information. I explained I wasn't requesting anyone's personal info. I was requesting corporate phone number. She told me "google it", and I said that was horseshit. I had already paid for my drink. she tossed my money into my vehicle and called the police.
I will take my business elsewhere they obviously don't want it.
