Don’t waste your time - spent 20minutes waiting for a latte….I don’t take “short staffed” as an excuse for a place in a high traffic tourist destination. Y’all need to figure it out!

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. The girl made me feel unwelcome before I had the chance to even order. Extremely rude and disrespectful and I would go out of my way to go to a different coffee shop than to give my money to this place.

Girl was oblivious to me waving her down after closing the drive through window on me. Grave me the wrong drink. Had to go inside to correct it. Not a great location if that's how they are.

35-45 min wait for coffee ? Could be working faster imo. I’ve seen several Starbucks staff work way harder than this one. I left and never ordered after being there 10 mins and being told it would be that long before I received my coffee. And there was like 6/7 staff members…
