Kim and Carrie(hope I spelled her name right) were great. My girlfriend ordered her drink and forgot to tell them almond milk. They remade the drink for us right there, insisted as I had said she can just deal with it. I really appreciated the service and consideration!

Exceptional service! The crew were attentive and made my iced espresso and grilled cheese exactly as ordered. There was one service member who stood out for her smile and cheery manner; I don’t remember her name, but she was white with brown hair in a bun, a green apron and a visor.

Woman wanted to argue about my drink instead of just putting a little extra milk in there. 9:30 AM on Aug 6th. Supposed to make customers happy but she wanted to be snarky. We came here last night and a different woman made my drink just fine. Need to fix her attitude.

Come here if you want an uptight barista who wont allow any customizations, and still makes the drinks wrong.

BEWARE! I don’t normally leave reviews but wow! This place needs to close. The service is beyond terrible. They don’t wash their hands after taking out the trash and make your drink and if you say something they get an attitude with you. Not to mention when we finally got our drinks after 30 minutes of waiting they were only half full. As expensive as the drinks are the service could be beyond better. Stay away.

The costumer service is very beyond rude! I was threaten by Regan to have the cops called on me for not leaving the drive thru while checking my order. She had her cell phone in her hands attempting to call. We had already made two trips through the drive-thru because they stated “ it’s against policy” to take two orders in a vehicle. To our understanding Their inside was CLOSED. As I left the drive through and my drink with no ice was inaccurate and had ice. I will have this added and the window being shut in my face to my cooperate complaint. There is no reason for me to go through the drive thru to have this fixed because again the cops were being threatened to be called already. If I could do ZERO stars I would!! My junior high school child definitely learned from this experience for how not to treat people, not customers but people. . All around thumbs down!

I’ve had some interesting interactions and experiences here. Most of the time I have good experiences, however when I do have a bad experience I feel like it’s very very bad. Sometimes the staff is just very abrasive and rude in nature. I recommend this location but know it’s a 50-50 chance that you will be happy.
