I’ve had some interesting interactions and experiences here. Most of the time I have good experiences, however when I do have a bad experience I feel like it’s very very bad. Sometimes the staff is just very abrasive and rude in nature. I recommend this location but know it’s a 50-50 chance that you will be happy.
I wish the other Starbucks in the area where even open and I wish the employees were as pleasant as the woman that works the counter at the Starbucks in Kroger, thank you for being a happy person!
KIM! KRIS! ALI! CHANDLER! JEFF! These people are rock-stars! I always have a pleasant experience with these beautiful souls. They make my drink with kindness. I could not be more grateful.Little known fact: During the height of the high-volume holiday season, this was the only open location. Even with the influx of displaced caffeine addicts, Kim and her team met the wave with a smile and a perfect cup of joe.Thank you!
