Left 1 star for poor management that won't allow me to leave cash tip. Why should I have to pull out a credit card to tip them for great service only to have fees taken out of the tips ? Staff and product gets 5 stars. Food city management...come'on These folks work for tips. Don't make tipping inconvenient please.

This is by far the worst place for coffee in Pigeon Forge. I come here multiple times a year and my coffee is always gross and not even close to what I ordered. I always say I'm not coming back to this one but it's convenient and I'm always super disappointed ☹️! I'm warning you!

This place was very unorganized. People had ordered ahead and the baristas didn’t know who’s drink was who’s. Timing is everything when it comes to coffee and this place was a mess
