Left 1 star for poor management that won't allow me to leave cash tip. Why should I have to pull out a credit card to tip them for great service only to have fees taken out of the tips ? Staff and product gets 5 stars. Food city management...come'on These folks work for tips. Don't make tipping inconvenient please.

This is by far the worst place for coffee in Pigeon Forge. I come here multiple times a year and my coffee is always gross and not even close to what I ordered. I always say I'm not coming back to this one but it's convenient and I'm always super disappointed ☹️! I'm warning you!

The staff excelled during the women's conference on a busy morning. Four people worked non-stop, fulfilled all orders, and were kind to everyone.

Never been to a Starbucks. Over priced. Customers block the rest of us trying to shop at Food City in Pigeon Forge. We have to push grocery buggies around the line. Ridiculous for over priced coffee.

This place was very unorganized. People had ordered ahead and the baristas didn’t know who’s drink was who’s. Timing is everything when it comes to coffee and this place was a mess

Terrible customer service. Employees horse playing instead of completing orders. Throwing dish detergent at each other and using soapy utensils to mix drinks. Go somewhere else unless you want a headache and bad Starbucks.
