I am writing to express my disappointment with the service my family and I received during our recent visit. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory for several reasons.
Firstly, I noticed a significant hygiene issue. The employee who started making our sandwiches did not change his gloves between making sandwiches. Consequently, my sandwich ended up with marinara sauce from my son's sandwich, which was made just before mine. This lack of proper hygiene practices is concerning and unacceptable.
Furthermore, the customer service we encountered was extremely poor. After my sandwich came out of the toaster, the lady who continued making my sandwich displayed a very negative attitude. I felt rushed while trying to decide which vegetables looked fresh. When I politely asked for some salt and pepper just before she wrapped my sandwich, she responded with an audible huff of annoyance as she opened my sandwich to comply.
Additionally, there seemed to be noticeable tension between the two workers. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere that detracted from our experience. After a long and exhausting day at Splash Country, all we wanted was a quick and pleasant meal. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
This experience has deterred us from returning to this location. I would advise others to consider driving a mile or two further for better service.

The 2 men that are currently at work on 8/16 at 4:00pm complaining about Ms Ashley and having to put away a truck order and wait on customers etc! Conversation could’ve been discussed in back not on your main line! Happy the one guy it’s his last day! Did not interact much with us would rather complain about having to work, at work wow imagine that! Completely rude and paid zero attention to the task at hand ie the customer!

They close at 10 but they closed the doors at 9:45 on 3-27-23 crazy your workers don’t even want to work the full hours

I will drive from where ever I am just to go to this subway in particular!! Everyone is so sweet, it’s always clean and they know how to make a sub, I don’t care for many of the subway locations but this one is outstanding every time! Thank you

I eat lunch a lot at this subway but today I ordered a meatball sub at 11am for lunch and haven’t had anything else by 7pm my stomach is crapping bad I believe I have gotten food poisoning from this place
