12/10/25 1:30pm. Terrible attitude. Rude. Seen other reviews. How is this person still employed?
Terrible attention, I came early now to buy and the girl's attention was very bad, the bread was not fresh, let's not talk about the vegetables that were all already brown, a very bad experience ..!

Terrible subway place to go to! Only the one lady that was on shift was good and okay when I went there around 4:30 today, 10/26/2025! After making my sub, the lady put it by the counter/cash register and started making other people’s order and just then the other employee walked in store. It took her a good minute or two to come help me. I told her I wanted two cookies, she didn’t hear and said “that’s it?” And I repeated again politely, “can I get one raspberry and one double chocolate cookie pls.” And she didn’t hear again haha. That was two times, then she got lost again and asked me again, I repeated nicely AGAIN, and then she goes to get the cookies out and says “which one was it again?” LOL what are you guys on? You cannot remember the name of TWO COOKIES after it was politely repeated at least 3-4 TIMES!? I calmly still told her which one I want with a smile and she took so long to heat Up my cookies. I work in hospitality, customer service and sales business myself so I know how things can get, but this was absolutely horrendous kind of service you can ever GIVE YOUR CUSTOMER! if you can’t manage to be nice don’t work in social jobs. She had no sense of accountability, didn’t apologize, wasn’t any nice and yeah. Shouldn’t have came to this place today, lol. It’s like they’re doing the hardest jobs, and doing us a HUGE FAVOR! Food was not good coz I found a hair in it so lol.

This my first ever complaint for any experience.
On separate occasions I have had the employee making my food have earbuds in, talking on the phone, while not being able to hear me across the counter and continuing their phone conversation.
I’ve had employees shrug their shoulders and say they were out of common toppings, including salt.
This last occasion I was denied the ability to participate in a promotion because the employee incorrectly scanned a coupon. The only response from the staff was shrugging of shoulders and staring blankly.
I wouldn’t say the location is unwelcoming, I’d say you feel disdain from the staff for being in the store.
Again, I’ve never complained about an item or event, but the level of rudeness at this location is intolerable.

Worst service I’ve ever had at a subway, worst presentation of a sandwich I’ve ever received. I wanted to report them while I was waiting.

Throwing this away and going somewhere else for lunch.. this was just gross!!!!

Wouldn’t normally even take the time to write a review, but this was the WORST “Customer Service” I’ve ever experienced at a Subway. I walked in a little before 9pm (store closes at 11pm). I’m the only one in the building, but I notice chairs are all pushed out so I can barely walk to the counter.
After about 10-15 seconds of standing at the order line, I see the young lady working sitting in the back on her phone. She literally looks at me, makes eye contact, and continues to finish whatever she was doing on her phone before coming out front. She proceeded to walk to grab her gloves, walk to the register (maybe typing her code in?), then finally makes her way over to me. All of this taking approximately 30 seconds and STILL not even an acknowledgement or a greeting from her.
Sandwich was made sloppily, and I haven’t even eaten it yet because I wanted to get this negative review up immediately. This girl doesn’t deserve to have this job. I doubt this is new behavior, judging from several other reviews I’ve read of this location.
And to make sure she’s identifiable, this was approximately 8:45pm on Saturday, 8/9/25…if anyone even bothers to look at this review.

Stopped here to get lunch while on vacation and both women working had a horrible attitude. She threw hands up bc my husband couldn’t hear her when she asked if he wanted 6” or 12”. The First Lady who waited on us walked off as I was trying to order and went to pay for her food that was being delivered by DoorDash. As we walked out the door the other family in parking lot said the same thing that those 2 girls working were the rudest employees in any subway! You shouldn’t be working with the public having a horrible attitude.

This is a normal subway we eat weekly or biweekly and usually is a hit to miss but today, it was truly terrible. We ordered three sandwiches and all were made on old bread. There is no way this tough, spongy bread was fresh and it was not toasted but tasted toasted because it was so old. One of the ladies took a bite and threw the footlong away, I am trying to eat the meat because I do not want to waster the money, Very disappointed in this location.

Absolute worst service you could experience. There was one employee making sandwiches; came into the building 40 minutes before closure & left 20 before closure due to disgusting wait time. There were 4 customers in front of us, and one set leaving as we walked in. Unacceptable and would not recommend. The employee working did not care at ALL. Constant eye rolling as she looked around, and complete lack of urgency anywhere in the building. Customers come to fast food for fast food.

It is Rod Run weekend and only one person is working. The proper leadership would have made a sacrifice and come in to help out the one employee that was working.
