My son and I went to get something to eat. Im allergic to wheat. They had nothing for me to eat except the meats. No salads. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, I still got sick. Just from walking in, I guess too much wheat in the vent system?? This is don't get. Service was pretty good, average.

There is 7 in our group. When she finally took time to notice us she rolls her eyes and says how many sandwiches. We left. Although it may be common to disrespect others here, we don't disrespect others down south. Go work somewhere else if you are going to have a terrible attitude. No one else was there besides us. I submitted this concern on 5/19 to corporate subway but never received a response. We ordered 2 BMT sandwiches. One was the normal Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and Black Forest Ham. The second one we substituted the ham for turkey. So the sandwich was Genoa salami, spicy pepperoni, and turkey. It had only three meats. On check out the associate charged us extra $3.00 + .30 tax for the turkey as if we had four meats. I tried to get her to give us a refund but she refused. I am not sure she knew how to do it. We order this combination all the time at Subways and they call it a BMT and never charge for four meats but they just substitute the ham with turkey.We will not be using this location again. Sad scam.
This was the worst and last experience I will ever have at Subway went in and ordered a meatball sub only wanted black olives on it the lady said I can only have six black olives just for your information that's not a sandwich made my way so in all reality is fake advertisement

The employees go above and beyond despite the usual long line of customers. This has become an all to regular late night stop for me on my work commute home to Sevierville from Townsend.
