Bri was amazing and super fun I absolutely love this place
Bri was very personable! First experience was a hit! I finished the jukebox burger!!
Went at 9:15pm. Restaurant was about 3/4 full. Bri was our waitress. We ordered bacon cheese burgers and sweet tea and milk shakes. Food delivered by someone other than Bri, but no milkshakes. We finished our food without Bri ever coming to check on us. I had to flag her down and ask for the check which included milkshakes that we didn’t receive so I had to ask for a manager to take off the charges and they offered to make the shakes but we had been finished for 15 minutes by then and didn’t want them because we were upset our tea glasses had been empty for 30 minutes and just wanted to leave. I had high hopes for this restaurant. The atmosphere is great but the food was just average and service was pathetic at least for us while watching other tables getting their shakes and refills but not us. I’m usually a better than average tipper but the whole experience was a disappointment. Definitely will never spend another dime in this establishment
Kelly, our server, added to our fun experience. She did a great job.
Kelley had a big personality and made our experience memorable. She was great.
We have been in the Pigeon Forge area for about a week and this is the best meal we have had so far. I ordered the 10oz Strip with mashed potatoes and green beans. I was a little skeptical ordering a steak from a diner, especially for under $30. These can be hit or miss. This was one of the best strip steaks I’ve ever had including high end steak houses. Perfect medium rare, excellent crust, and a very tender and flavorful cut. The sides were amazing. I had a frozen margarita as well and it was phenomenal. My son had a burger with egg on it and fries, my daughter had the waffle and shrimp kids meal, and my wife had the club sandwich. Everyone agreed, best meal of our trip so far. The kids each got a milkshake that was hand spun and could hardly finish them. This is a must for any trip to Pigeon Forge!
Miranda L was awesome! Food was great
Food was good for typical diner food. Atmosphere was fun.
Our server was top notch. I believe his name was Shep!
Beyond burger patties available for substitutions. Had one with the avocado toast and it was delicious 😋 Atmosphere was fun and service was great.

Natalie was amazing and the diner is so cute!
This place is an absolutely awesome restaurant to eat! The food is delicious and is reasonably priced considering the vacation area in which it is located. The servers are excellent and go out of their way to make sure that you are accommodated and satisfied. There was no wait to get a table and we had a party of six. The atmosphere is of the 1950s era. This is a great place to visit and should not be missed if you're looking for a good meal!
Chris was a great waiter, food good, and dessert even better.
All of the staff was so sweet to us the entire time we were there! Super kind to our 2 year old too. It was beautiful and the food and prices were soo good!!
